Quick Answer
- Climb the Mulatierra Hill tower near Hilltop Hatch and transmit from its upper window.
- Search the old Raider Camp between Azzurro Beach and the Wharf, north of Hotel Panorama Azzurro.
- Finish both initial stops in either order, then go to the far northeastern cliff north of Quay and east of Wavebreaker.
- Hold WELD at the yellow generator beside the antenna, then use the separate ENABLE THE POWER interaction.
- Claim 5,000 XP, 1 Heavy Shield, and 1 Looting Mk. 2 from Celeste.
Celeste's Teenage Rebellion Requirements
- Complete Celeste's Childhood Drawings for Lance and accept this follow-up from Celeste.
- Have access to Riven Tides.
- Use a free loadout or your own equipment for the walking route.
- Carry enough healing and ammunition to leave the lookout tower and cross to the harbor.
The objectives do not ask you to bring repair materials or extract a delivery item. Welding uses the generator interaction rather than a tool you need to find first.
The tower is listed before the camp, but you can handle these first two stops in either order. Complete both before committing to the final antenna journey.
Transmit From the Mulatierra Hill Lookout Tower
Look for the tall concrete tower near Hilltop Hatch, south of the Wharf and west of Stacking Yard. Use the hatch and the tower itself as your landmarks rather than looking for a numbered Customs House.
- Reach the concrete lookout tower on Mulatierra Hill.
- Enter from the south and climb the internal ladder route to the upper floor.
- Approach the upper window and use TRANSMIT LOCATION.
- Check the surrounding sky and ground before climbing back down.
The transmission alerts nearby ARC. Watch for flying threats such as a Rocketeer or Vaporizer, then choose your descent while you still have cover inside the tower.
Optional: Spot Three ARC From the Tower
Aim down your sights and tag three ARC from the lookout position. This is a spotting task rather than a requirement to kill three enemies.
You can finish the quest with this optional counter at 0/3. Do not stay exposed at the window just to complete it when the required transmission is already done.
Find the Radio Transmitter at the Old Raider Camp
The old Raider Camp is between Azzurro Beach and the Wharf, north of Hotel Panorama Azzurro. Search the outdoor camp on the raised ground overlooking the beach rather than the hotel rooms.
- Travel to the coastline between Azzurro Beach and the Wharf.
- Reach the camp north of the hotel and let the location objective register.
- Inspect the camp's radio-transmitter equipment using its quest interaction.
- Check that both the camp search and tower transmission are complete before leaving for the harbor antenna.
A camp-first route works when your spawn puts you close to the hotel side. After searching the transmitter, visit the tower if its transmission is still unfinished.
Safe Harbor also uses Hotel Panorama Azzurro. Keep its hotel objective separate from this outdoor radio search when combining accepted quests.
Weld the Generator and Start the Harbor Transmitter
The final antenna stands on the far northeastern cliff, north of Quay and east of Wavebreaker. The yellow generator is directly beside the antenna, not at the base of the inland lookout tower.
- Finish the tower and camp objectives before traveling to the northeastern cliff.
- Locate the large antenna overlooking the harbor north of Quay.
- Stand at the yellow generator and hold WELD until the repair completes.
- Interact again using ENABLE THE POWER to start the transmitter.
- Check that the required objectives are complete before leaving the antenna.
No extra welding tool is needed. Welding repairs the generator, while enabling the power starts the transmitter, so the repair alone is not the final action.
Battening Down has separate work around the Wavebreaker and hotel shoreline. Do not confuse its pipe repair with this yellow antenna generator.
How to Extract and Turn In
After enabling the power, use an available Riven Tides extraction and return to Celeste in Speranza. Check the Customs and Seaside elevator options on your map, then choose an active exit that suits your remaining time and position.
- Confirm that the harbor transmitter and the other required objectives are complete.
- Choose an active extraction without waiting to finish the optional spotting counter.
- Travel to the exit while avoiding unnecessary fights.
- Return to Celeste and claim the quest reward.
There is no delivery item to search for after starting the transmitter. Keep your attention on leaving the cliff and returning with the gear and loot you want to retain.

The optional three-ARC spotting task is not required for this completion payout.
What Comes Before and After
Celeste's Childhood Drawings comes before this quest, and Teenage Rebellion closes that chain. The earlier quest belongs to Lance, while this return trip is Celeste's assignment.
The camp takes you back near the hotel used in Childhood Drawings. Shoring Up Defenses also has work at Hotel Panorama Azzurro and Stacking Yard, but its repairs are separate objectives.
For another part of Celeste's story, see Celeste's Journals. Use the ARC Raiders quest hub to choose another accepted mission after claiming the reward.
Finish Celeste's Radio Route
Clear the tower and camp in the order that suits your approach, then make the northeastern antenna your final stop. Hold the weld interaction, enable the power separately, and leave the optional spotting task behind when it would turn the return trip into an unnecessary fight.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Celestes Teenage Rebellion the same quest as Childhood Drawings?
No. Childhood Drawings is Lance's earlier quest, while Teenage Rebellion is Celeste's follow-up. This route uses a lookout tower, an outdoor camp, and a harbor antenna rather than another set of hotel and Customs House drawings.
Should you look in hotel room 213 for the radio?
No. The transmitter search is at the outdoor Raider Camp north of Hotel Panorama Azzurro. Use the ground between Azzurro Beach and the Wharf instead of repeating the room search from the earlier drawings quest.
Does spotting an ARC mean you must fight it?
No. The optional tower task is about spotting, not kills. Tagging the target is the relevant action, and you can leave that optional task unfinished when staying at the window would expose you to unnecessary danger.
Is the harbor generator part of Battening Down?
No. Teenage Rebellion uses the yellow generator beside the large antenna north of Quay. Battening Down has a different repair near the Wavebreaker, so check the active quest objective before stopping at a piece of shoreline equipment.
