- Reach the hotel's southeast wing and go to floor 02.
- Enter Celeste's Room 213 in that wing.
- Approach the small bedside table between the back windows.
- Use INSPECT THE MAP on the map there.
The interaction belongs to the map on the table, not a map hanging on the back wall.
Find the Drawing on the Roof of the Third Customs House
The quest's third Customs House is the middle building in the Customs House group east of the hotel. The drawing is at the cabinet on the western side of its roof.
Choose the Southern Staircase or Zipline
- Reach the middle Customs House building east of the hotel.
- Choose either the staircase on the southern side or the zipline to reach the roof.
- Move to the cabinet on the western side of the roof.
- Inspect the drawing at the cabinet.

Find the Drawing at the Quay
The Quay is on the waterfront east of the Stacking Yard. Look past the shipping-container stacks for the large cable spools on the platform.
Look Between the Large Spools

- Move into the space between the spools to find the drawing.
- Inspect the drawing to finish the Quay objective.
