Silent Hill f Trophy Guide and Platinum Roadmap
Follow these phases in order to protect the missable work and keep cleanup efficient for Silent Hill f.
Phase 1: New Game on Story action and Story puzzle
Play on Story difficulty for both action and puzzles. Collect every New Game only item, including the early diary entries, since some cannot be gathered later.
Take ending 1, which is the natural first-run ending. Farm Faith early and use manual saves before bosses and puzzles.
Phase 2: New Game Plus on Hard puzzle
Set the puzzle difficulty to Hard, since puzzle trophies do not stack. Unlock endings 2, 3 and 5 on this cycle.
Never pick up a red pill on this run. If you do, discard it immediately, or those endings are blocked.
Phase 3: New Game Plus 2 on Lost in the Fog
Play with both action and puzzle difficulty set to Lost in the Fog. This grants Clear Skies and Puzzle Master, and because action trophies stack, it also covers the Story and Hard action requirements.
Take ending 4 and finish the remaining boss challenge tasks with your fully built character.
Phase 4: Partial cleanup and platinum
Use a short partial run for any missed documents, boss tasks or the final ending requirement. The I Still Have Wings platinum unlocks with the last trophy.
Efficient route
The Three Run Plan
Use three planned runs. Run one uses Story action and puzzle difficulty for all first-cycle collectibles and ending 1. Run two uses Hard puzzle difficulty for endings 2, 3 and 5. Run three uses Lost in the Fog action and puzzle difficulty for ending 4 and the remaining difficulty trophies.
- Puzzle difficulty trophies do not stack, so all three puzzle difficulties must be played separately. Action difficulty trophies do stack, so only the hardest action run is needed.
- There is no free roam or level select after the story. New Game Plus is the only way back, so plan collectibles per cycle.
Run one: Story settings
Use Story action and Story puzzle difficulty, collect every New Game only item, and complete ending 1. Keep manual saves before bosses, puzzles, and the final decision sequence.
Run two: Hard puzzles
Use Hard puzzle difficulty and preserve the no-red-pill conditions for endings 2, 3, and 5. Follow the second-cycle document list because some entries rotate between runs.
Run three: Lost in the Fog
Use Lost in the Fog for both action and puzzles, complete ending 4, and finish the remaining difficulty trophies. Action trophies stack here, but the earlier puzzle clears remain necessary.
Guide notes
Action vs Puzzle Difficulty
Action difficulty trophies stack upward, so one Lost in the Fog clear also covers Story and Hard. Puzzle difficulty trophies do not stack, which means all three puzzle settings must be completed separately.
- Puzzle difficulty trophies do not stack, so all three puzzle difficulties must be played separately. Action difficulty trophies do stack, so only the hardest action run is needed.

The 36 Missable Trophies
The 36 missables cover collectible sets, boss challenge conditions and ending-specific actions. Some documents rotate between cycles, so use a separate checklist for each run instead of relying on a single final cleanup.
- 36 trophies are missable, which is every trophy not tied to the main story. Follow a collectible guide per cycle rather than exploring blind.
Cycle-specific collectibles
Track documents and New Game only entries by playthrough. Rotating documents prevent one late cleanup cycle from completing every collectible set.
Boss challenge conditions
Save before each boss and reload immediately when a no-hit or action-specific condition fails. Completing the fight without the condition does not protect that trophy.
Ending-dependent actions
Keep separate manual saves before major choices and avoid red pills on the run for endings 2, 3, and 5. Confirm the ending trophy before reusing its save slot.
Guide notes
The Red Pill Warning
Taking a red pill or capsule can block endings 2, 3 and 5. Never collect one during the run targeting those endings, and discard it immediately if it enters your inventory.
- Never take a red pill or capsule on the run where you want endings 2, 3 and 5. Picking one up blocks them.
Guide notes
New Game Only Collectibles
Collect the early diary entries and every other first-cycle collectible before starting New Game Plus. Later cycles rotate some documents, so the complete set cannot be recovered from a single cleanup run.
- Puzzle difficulty trophies do not stack, so all three puzzle difficulties must be played separately. Action difficulty trophies do stack, so only the hardest action run is needed.
- There is no free roam or level select after the story. New Game Plus is the only way back, so plan collectibles per cycle.
Guide notes
Boss Challenge Trophies
Every major boss has a related condition, including several no-hit or action-specific tasks. Keep manual saves before bosses, tune the Omamori build for the condition, and reload immediately after a failed attempt.
- Several boss trophies require specific conditions such as taking no hits, so keep manual saves before each boss.
Guide notes
Faith, Omamori and Builds
Farm Faith early and convert spare offerings before the harder cycles. Use dodge and counter Omamori for exploration, stun and stamina bonuses for general combat, and auto-counter support for demanding boss conditions.
Efficient route
Silent Hill f Platinum Strategy
Use these checkpoints alongside the roadmap to keep the Silent Hill f trophy route on schedule and protect the high-risk requirements.
Separate action and puzzle difficulty from the start
Silent Hill f tracks action and puzzle difficulty differently. Action trophies stack upward, so the Lost in the Fog completion also covers Story and Hard. Puzzle trophies do not stack. Story, Hard, and Lost in the Fog puzzle settings each need their own completed cycle, which is why the roadmap uses three planned runs instead of one difficult clear followed by random cleanup.
Run one should use Story for both tracks and collect everything restricted to a fresh save. Run two uses Hard puzzle difficulty and protects the conditions for endings 2, 3, and 5. Run three uses Lost in the Fog for both tracks, earns ending 4, and closes the remaining difficulty trophies. Record the puzzle setting at the beginning of each cycle so the wrong option does not invalidate an entire run.
Protect endings and cycle-specific collectibles
The 36 missables include collectibles, boss conditions, and ending actions. Some documents rotate between cycles, so no single cleanup run can recover the full set. Use a separate checklist for each playthrough and finish the New Game only diary entries before starting New Game Plus. There is no post-story free roam or level select that can repair an incomplete first cycle.
Red pills and capsules are the most important ending warning. Never take one on the run targeting endings 2, 3, and 5. If one enters the inventory, discard it immediately and verify the run state before continuing. Keep one manual save before every major decision so an accidental pickup or wrong answer costs minutes instead of another full playthrough.
Prepare boss saves, Faith, and Omamori builds
Every major boss has a condition trophy, and several demand a no-hit clear or another specific action. Use the 10 manual slots as rotating checkpoints before bosses and puzzles. Reload as soon as the condition fails instead of finishing the encounter and hoping the trophy will register. This keeps every attempt tied to a clean pre-fight state.
Farm Faith early and convert spare offerings before the harder cycles. Dodge and counter Omamori suit exploration, stun and stamina bonuses support normal combat, and auto-counter effects help with demanding boss conditions. Match the build to the trophy condition rather than using one setup for every fight. Once the boss task and cycle collectibles are confirmed, leave the save intact until the related trophy syncs.
Close each cycle with a written checkpoint
Before starting the next cycle, record the completed ending, action difficulty, puzzle difficulty, rotating documents, boss conditions, and every unique collectible from the current run. Do not rely on memory across three similar playthroughs. The final audit should show all three puzzle settings, the Lost in the Fog action clear, endings 1 through 5, no-red-pill completion where required, and every boss task. Keep the last clean save from each cycle until its trophies are visible on the profile.

Quick answers
Frequently Asked Questions
How many trophies are in Silent Hill f?
57 trophies, made up of 1 platinum, 1 gold, 9 silver and 46 bronze. The platinum is I Still Have Wings.
How many playthroughs does the Silent Hill f platinum need?
Three full playthroughs plus a short partial run, mainly because the puzzle difficulty trophies do not stack.
Do difficulty trophies stack in Silent Hill f?
Action difficulty trophies stack, so one Lost in the Fog clear covers Story and Hard. Puzzle difficulty trophies do not stack.
How many missable trophies are there?
36. Every trophy that is not story-related can be missed, which makes following a per-cycle collectible guide essential.
Why can I not get some endings?
Taking a red pill or capsule blocks several endings. On the run targeting endings 2, 3 and 5, never pick one up and discard it if you do.
Is there free roam after the story?
No. There is no free roam or level select, so New Game Plus is the only way back for missed collectibles.
