The blue Emperor Vectre is easy to miss in GTA 6 Trailer 2. Pause at 2:06 outside the Vice City hotel: the Lexus RC F-shaped coupe is partly hidden by a green bin, not the Banshee in the same lineup.
The street bin hides most of the blue car. Look immediately to the left of the lime-green supercar for the angular grille.

The Vectre is the blue coupe immediately behind the green bin. The Banshee and the red sedan are separate cars in this scene.
The GTA 6 Vectre remains recognisable as a compact performance coupe, with the Lexus RC F-style profile that made the GTA Online model distinctive. The quick hotel scene does not reveal a new engine, a revised drive layout or a complete set of custom parts.
The most useful comparison is the car’s overall body shape, not its blue paint, which it shares with another vehicle in the scene.

The 2021 Emperor Vectre is a two-door tuner with sharp front styling, a low roof and broad coupe shoulders inspired by the Lexus RC F. It is a Sports-class car in GTA Online.

The blue Vectre appears to the side of the Banshee outside the Vice City hotel at 2:06. The coupe profile identifies it separately from the blue sports Banshee and the red sedan.
The Vectre is the Emperor model shown in the confirmed GTA 6 footage here. Other Emperor vehicles have appeared elsewhere in the series, but that history is not the same as an appearance in Trailer 2.
Emperor is the game’s Lexus-like marque. Its emblem borrows the look of Toyota branding, while Karin, the Toyota-like fictional marque, has a Lexus-like badge. It is a small in-universe joke that fits the Vectre’s styling and name.
| Emperor vehicle | Earlier GTA appearance | GTA 6 appearance |
|---|---|---|
| Vectre | GTA Online, Los Santos Tuners (2021) | Seen in Trailer 2 at 2:06 |
| ETR1 | GTA Online | At launch |
| Habanero | GTA V and GTA Online | At launch |
| Lokus | GTA IV | At launch |
The ETR1, Habanero and Lokus are distinct Emperor models. Nothing about the Vectre’s return establishes that the earlier coupe, SUV or GTA IV sedan will return as well.
The Vectre is a two-seat Sports-class Tuner in GTA Online, while the other Emperor vehicles occupy different roles. They are not trims of the Vectre and should not be confused with it.
The Lexus RC F is the principal real car behind the Emperor Vectre. Its muscular two-door coupe stance, angular nose and performance-oriented bodywork all show through the GTA design. The Vectre also combines smaller styling cues associated with other cars rather than copying every Lexus panel exactly.
The clearest mechanical difference is in how the cars put power down: the real Lexus RC F drives its rear wheels, while the GTA Online Vectre uses all-wheel drive.
Before Toyota launched its luxury division as Lexus, its proposed names included Alexis, Calibre, Chaparel, Verone and Vectre. Alexis was refined into Lexus, leaving Vectre as a genuine unused name from the brand’s early history.
That makes the Emperor Vectre an especially pointed piece of GTA naming: a fictional Lexus-inspired car carries one of the names the real luxury brand could have used.
In GTA Online, the Vectre also has eight gears, but its all-wheel-drive layout is a departure from the Lexus. Its 116.00 mph GTA Online tested speed is neither the real RC F’s 168 mph manufacturer figure nor a GTA 6 prediction.
The side vents have been compared with the BMW M8, the rear form with the first-generation Toyota 86 or Subaru BRZ, and the slim rear lights with the Tesla Model 3. Those are secondary design comparisons. Emperor is fictional and the Vectre is not a licensed Lexus.
The Emperor Vectre joined GTA Online on 12 August 2021 during Los Santos Tuners. It is a Sports-class, two-seat tuner that rewards cornering and acceleration more than absolute straight-line speed. Players buy it at Legendary Motorsport rather than finding it as an original GTA V story-mode purchase.
Its list price is $1,785,000, but Los Santos Tuners also made a $1,338,750 trade price available through LS Car Meet reputation. The discounted vehicle is selected by the game’s reputation-unlock system, not by completing one dedicated Vectre mission.
It makes sense for players who value a quick launch and stable corners. The Vectre’s 1:02.762 GTA Online test lap is stronger than its 116.00 mph top speed suggests. It is competitive within the Tuner selection, but many Sports-class rivals pull away on a long, flat straight.
The LS Car Meet trade-price system awards discounts on eligible tuner cars at reputation milestones, with a randomly selected car every five levels. That means two players can reach different reputation levels before the Vectre’s $1,338,750 price becomes available.
Legendary Motorsport calls the Vectre “a supermodel with a mean 100m sprint.” The phrasing fits a car that gets moving eagerly and can carry speed through technical turns without claiming to be a top-speed champion.
Its GTA Online X720 and Cattana liveries take inspiration from racing and wide-body tuner culture. The X720 recalls RC F GT3 styling, while Cattana has been compared with a modified RC F look. Neither livery confirms a separate Vectre racing model in GTA 6.
GTA 6 top speed: At launch. A brief appearance outside a hotel provides no test of its maximum pace, and Rockstar has not published a GTA 6 Vectre performance figure.
GTA Online’s fully upgraded Vectre tests at 116.00 mph. The Lexus RC F figure is a separate manufacturer estimate for a real road car, not a way to calculate GTA 6 speed.
The Vectre is more interesting in GTA Online corners than at the end of a drag strip. Its all-wheel-drive traction and comparatively good lap result give it a particular character, but none of those GTA Online mechanics can be presented as GTA 6 specifications.

Compare the fastest GTA 6 carsThe Vectre is a relatively recent addition to GTA’s car roster. It appeared in the Los Santos Tuners era and later returned to the screen in GTA 6’s second trailer.
The Lexus RC F is the Vectre’s main real-world styling inspiration, with smaller cues resembling BMW, Toyota and Tesla designs. Emperor is fictional and the car is not a licensed Lexus.
Yes. A blue Emperor Vectre is beside the Bravado Banshee and other cars outside a Vice City hotel in Trailer 2 at 2:06. It is distinct from the blue sports Banshee and red sedan.
In GTA Online the Vectre costs $1,785,000 at Legendary Motorsport, or $1,338,750 once its LS Car Meet reputation trade price unlocks. GTA 6 price: At launch.
Vectre was among five names Toyota considered for its luxury division before choosing Lexus. It is a fitting name for GTA’s fictional Lexus-inspired coupe.
GTA 6 top speed: At launch. In GTA Online the fully upgraded Vectre tests at 116.00 mph (186.68 km/h), with a 1:02.762 lap.
