Follow these phases in order to protect the missable work and keep the DayZ Platinum cleanup efficient.
Phase 0: Two rules before you spawn
Join an official server. Trophies will not unlock on community servers, which is where most DayZ players play.
Create a MALE character. Female characters cannot grow a beard, so Babyface becomes impossible on that character.
Arrange a partner if you can. Four of the thirteen trophies effectively depend on another player and the time estimate assumes help.
Understand that dying is fine. Trophy progress is shared across servers and characters, so death only costs your loot.
Phase 1: The solo survival trophies
Kill your first infected with anything, including fists.
Eat and drink something, using the starting fruit or vegetable and then finding clean water.
Equip a firearm, a melee weapon and a backpack together.
Cook a steak on a stick, and wait roughly 90 in-game minutes then shave with a bladed weapon for Babyface.
Work the headshot count toward Lobotomy, which accepts infected as well as survivors.
Phase 2: The partner trophies
Close and personal needs 15 survivors killed with melee. Down your partner then finish with a melee weapon and repeat.
Heal the world needs 30 bandage applications on other survivors and is the rarest trophy at 1.5 percent. Down and heal the same partner repeatedly.
Handcuff ten people. Voice chat makes coordinating this far easier.

Spawn as male, wait roughly 90 in-game minutes for stubble, equip a bladed weapon and select Shave. This is a character creation decision and it belongs above the roadmap.

All are technically possible solo but each depends on finding cooperative or unlucky strangers, which is why the time estimate assumes a friend.
How the Boosting Actually Works
Down a partner then repeat the required action on them. For Heal the world, down and heal the same player repeatedly. For Close and personal, down them then finish with melee. For Marksman, have your partner stand at distance and signal, using a scoped rifle. Voice chat helps considerably for the handcuffing trophy.
Dying Does Not Cost You Progress
Trophy progress is shared across every server and character, so death only costs your loot.
Server Hopping Is Restricted
Official servers share your character, and switching between them migrates you with a semi-randomised spawn specifically to prevent hopping. That matters for boosting, since you cannot reliably spawn next to a partner.
