Dispatch Trophy Guide and Platinum Roadmap
Follow these phases in order to protect the missable work and keep cleanup efficient for Dispatch.
Phase 1: First playthrough, bank the performance trophies
Play all 8 episodes, taking every call you can and focusing on the performance and shift-based trophies. Copy your save to a spare slot before each major branch point.
Commit to one romance route and treat that character consistently across every episode. Late switches do not register.
Prioritise the hacking calls, since expired calls cannot be recovered later in that run.
Phase 2: Branch the copied saves
Load your copied saves to take the opposite branches, the other Episode 3 cut, the Episode 4 recruit you skipped, and the Episode 5 identity choice.
Use a second route for another romance or the Invisigal villain path, following the conditions from the start of her arc.
Phase 3: Cleanup and luck trophies
Use episode and scene select for anything left, remembering it overwrites the save you start from, so copy first.
Reload for the luck-based trophies and check the community-vote results screens, replaying the episode if the least-picked option was not yours.
Phase 4: Platinum
After every ending, romance, choice, hacking, and performance trophy is banked, Dispatched unlocks. The former perfect-hacking blocker was fixed in PS5 patch 1.000.007.
Efficient route
The Routing Plan
Two playthroughs are enough when the four save slots are treated as branches rather than backups. Bank the shift, hacking, and performance trophies on the first route, copy before Episodes 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8, then use a second full route for the incompatible romance or Invisigal outcome. Scene select is best reserved for short cleanup because it overwrites its source save.
First route
Play every episode, accept every hacking call, and pursue one consistent romance path. Copy the active save before every large decision. This route should bank dispatch performance, hero development, relationship, and most miscellaneous trophies while preserving each branch point.
Second route
Use the second full route for the romance or Invisigal outcome that conflicts with the first. Reverse the major team and identity choices as they appear rather than trying to force a different ending through only the final episode.
Scene-select cleanup
After both routes, use protected copies for community choices, low-probability outcomes, and isolated performance trophies. Copy before scene select because the selected scene replaces progress on the source save.
Efficient route
Mutually Exclusive Choices
Episode 3 makes the Coupe or Sonar cut mutually exclusive, Episode 4 has an alternate recruit, Episode 5 splits identity responses, and Episodes 7 and 8 lock romance and moral outcomes. One route cannot contain both sides of these decisions. Protect a copied save before each branch and confirm the resulting trophy before returning to the other side.
- Several trophies are locked behind mutually exclusive choices (the Episode 3 cut, the Episode 4 recruit, the Episode 5 identity, the Episode 8 romances and endings), so they cannot all be earned in one playthrough.
Episodes 3 and 4
Cutting Coupe and cutting Sonar cannot happen on the same route. The Episode 4 recruit also has an alternate result, so keep a branch before the team choice and label which outcome each slot contains.
Episodes 5 and 7
Identity responses in Episode 5 affect later relationship context. In Episode 7, keeping or cutting Invisigal is a major lock. The villain route specifically needs her removed from the team and cannot be improvised after the episode ends.
Episode 8
Romance, friendship, mercy, and vengeance outcomes depend on earlier treatment as well as final decisions. Confirm each trophy on the profile before overwriting a finale copy for another ending.
Guide notes
Romance and Invisigal Paths
Blonde Blazer, Invisigal, the friendship outcome, and the Invisigal villain path depend on consistent treatment across several episodes. A late dialogue switch is not enough. For the villain path, cut Invisigal from the team in Episode 7, tell her the relationship is over, and leave her tied up in Episode 8.
- The Invisigal paths need consistent treatment across multiple episodes. Switching approach late in the story does not work.
Guide notes
The Hacking Minigames
There are roughly 27 to 28 hacking opportunities across the eight episodes. Calls expire when they are not accepted, so prioritise every hacking call on the first route. H4ck3d by R0b3rt was broken at launch, but PS5 patch 1.000.007 fixed the trophy on November 22, 2025 and made the platinum obtainable.
- Dispatch calls expire if you do not accept them in time, which makes the hacking minigame trophies missable within a run. Prioritise hacking calls.
Guide notes
Community-Vote Trophies
Two choice trophies compare your answer with current community voting. The winning answer is the least-picked option, and that answer can change as more people complete the episode. Check the results screen after the choice. If the trophy does not unlock, reload the protected episode save and pick another option.
- Two trophies depend on picking the least popular community option, which changes over time. Check the end-of-episode results screen and replay if needed.
Guide notes
Luck-Based Reload Trophies
Fool's Luck requires a call to succeed below 15 percent, while Snake Eyes needs a failure above 70 percent. Keep a copied save before a shift with a useful probability setup, then reload until the required result lands. Use the same method for a low-odds dialogue result instead of replaying several episodes.
Guide notes
Save Slots and Scene Select
Use slot one as the active route and keep the other three as protected branch points. Name each copy by episode and intended outcome outside the game if necessary. Episode and scene select are useful after the story, but scene select overwrites the save it starts from, so never launch it from the only copy of a completed route.
- Scene select overwrites the save you launch it from, so copy your save to a spare slot before using it.
Efficient route
Dispatch Platinum Strategy
Use these checkpoints alongside the roadmap to keep the Dispatch trophy route on schedule and protect the high-risk requirements.
Plan hero progression around repeatable pairings
Work Spouse rewards maximum synergy with one hero duo, while Power Trip and From Zero To Hero ask for broader development. Choose a dependable pair early and send them together whenever their stats cover a call. Use the remaining heroes to spread power expansions and upgrade progress. This prevents a late situation where the best duo is complete but several individual heroes have almost no useful development.
Watch health before choosing the next call. Phoenixes Down needs the same hero healed twice in one shift, so a controlled recovery plan is useful when the opportunity appears. Do not sacrifice the clean-shift target for it on the only strong performance route. A copied shift or the second playthrough gives a safer place to engineer damage, healing, and the second recovery without losing a Z-Team result.
Confirm each branch before deleting a save
After a story choice or ending, return to the PlayStation trophy list and verify that the expected unlock has synced. Keep the completed save until that confirmation is visible. If a result fails, the protected branch lets you retry the final scene or review the earlier conditions without recreating the entire relationship path. This matters most for the choice trophies whose names do not plainly reveal the decision that awarded them.
At final cleanup, compare the profile against four groups, story outcomes, hacks, dispatch performance, and hero development. Then use the full table to identify the exact missing name. Cleaning by group is faster than replaying random episodes because every missing trophy points to a specific tool. Story outcomes use branch saves, hacks use their calls, performance uses shifts, and community or probability trophies use controlled reloads.
Finish with a profile-based audit
The in-game route is finished only when the PlayStation profile shows every expected unlock. Compare the missing names against the table, then identify whether each one belongs to a choice, a dispatch shift, a hack, a relationship, or hero progression. Load the nearest protected branch for that category instead of restarting Episode 1. Keep every completed route until Dispatched appears, because a trophy that has not synced is easier to repair while its supporting save still exists.
Build a two-route save map before Episode 3
Treat the four slots as a route tree. Slot one is the active first playthrough, slot two protects the Episode 3 cut, slot three protects the later Invisigal and romance decisions, and slot four remains available for the Episode 8 ending branch. Copy before choosing, not after the results screen. A short note outside the game with the episode, decision, and intended trophy prevents two visually similar saves from being confused.
The first route should accept every call, complete every available hack, and commit to one relationship from its earliest scenes. It should also pursue stable high dispatch grades and hero upgrades. That combination banks the trophies that depend on cumulative performance while the route is already moving through all eight episodes. Do not interrupt it repeatedly for luck results when a protected shift can be reloaded later.
Route every story lock deliberately
The Episode 3 Coupe or Sonar cut is an obvious split, but it is not the only choice that matters. The Episode 4 recruit, Episode 5 identity response, Episode 7 decision about Invisigal, and Episode 8 relationship and moral outcomes all create incompatible results. A late finale reload can only change decisions made after that save. It cannot repair a relationship path that was treated inconsistently several episodes earlier.
Use the second playthrough for the broad opposite route. Reverse the team decisions that were not recovered from a branch, choose the other consistent romance or friendship treatment, and decide early whether this is the Invisigal villain path. That path requires cutting her in Episode 7, telling her it is over, and leaving her tied up in Episode 8. Missing an early condition means the final choice alone will not award the outcome.
Prioritise hacks before ordinary dispatch calls
Hacking opportunities arrive through dispatch calls and can expire if they are ignored. Accept them as soon as they appear, even when another call looks better for the current team. Most ordinary performance targets can be repaired through later shifts or scene select. A missed hack usually needs an earlier episode state or another route, which makes it the more expensive mistake.
H4ck3d by R0b3rt originally blocked completion for some PS5 players. Update 1.000.007, released on November 22, 2025, fixed the trophy and made the platinum obtainable. Complete every hacking level successfully on an updated game. If the trophy does not register, confirm the installed version and compare the completed calls against the episode route before replaying the entire story.
Separate skill trophies from probability trophies
A clean shift depends on team selection, synergy, health, and stat coverage. Build those results during the normal route by pairing heroes whose strengths cover the graph and by healing before an injured hero becomes a forced failure. Overkill, Work Spouse, Power Trip, and the hero progression trophies benefit from consistent management across episodes rather than one isolated reload.
Fool's Luck and Snake Eyes are different because the displayed probability is the requirement. Prepare a call below 15 percent for the successful low-odds result and one above 70 percent for the required failure. Copy before resolving the call, reload after the opposite result, and keep the route unchanged between attempts. That preserves the qualifying percentage and turns an uncertain story replay into a short controlled loop.
Check community results instead of memorising an answer
The two community trophies do not have a permanent answer. They compare the selected option against what the player population chose, so an old guide can point to an answer that is no longer the least popular. Make the choice, read the results screen, and confirm whether the trophy unlocks before advancing or overwriting the episode copy.
If the selected answer is not the current minority option, reload the protected save and take another choice. Keep the game online long enough for current results to load, but remember that these are not multiplayer trophies. The list still has zero online play requirements. The community result is only data used to judge the choice.
Use scene select only after the route is protected
Scene select overwrites the save used to launch it. Before cleanup, copy the completed route to another slot and verify that the copy opens at the expected point. Then use the expendable copy for a missed QTE scene, a short performance objective, or a community result. Never test scene select on the only save holding a finished romance or ending path.
QTEs can be disabled without a trophy penalty, and failing one changes the scene rather than ending the game. Turn them off if they slow repeat attempts. The platinum route is mainly an exercise in state management, not execution, so protect the choices first and use the accessibility setting that makes repeated scenes fastest and most reliable.

Quick answers
Frequently Asked Questions
How many trophies are in Dispatch?
36 trophies, including Dispatched, with 3 Gold, 16 Silver, and 16 Bronze trophies across eight episodes.
How many playthroughs do you need for the Dispatch platinum?
Two is enough if you use the four save slots and scene select well. Three if you would rather play each romance route separately.
Are there missable trophies in Dispatch?
Yes. Dispatch calls expire, which makes the hacking trophies missable, and many trophies sit behind mutually exclusive story choices.
Is any Dispatch trophy bugged?
H4ck3d by R0b3rt was broken at launch. PS5 patch 1.000.007 fixed it on November 22, 2025, so the platinum is currently obtainable.
Do the QTEs matter for trophies?
No. QTEs can be turned off with no penalty, and failing one never causes a fail state, it only changes how the scene plays out.
Why did a community trophy not unlock?
Two trophies need the option the fewest players chose, and that shifts over time. Check the results screen and replay the episode with a different pick.
