Follow these phases in order to protect the missable work and keep the Assassin's Creed Revelations Platinum cleanup efficient.
Phase 0: Play the PS4 version
If you want a Revelations platinum, play the PS4 Ezio Collection. The PS3 platinum is permanently unobtainable after the server shutdown killed all twenty multiplayer trophies.
Ignore pre-shutdown guides that treat the multiplayer trophies as boostable. They are gone.
Note that The Lost Archive is now part of the main list rather than optional DLC, so it is required.
Play Assassin's Creed II and Brotherhood first. This closes the Ezio arc and the story continues directly.
Phase 1: The main story
Play through the story, taking the mission-specific trophies as they come up.
Work the Den Defence and Assassin recruit trophies as those systems unlock, since both are tied to progression.
Pick up the bomb crafting and hookblade trophies naturally while playing.
Collect as you go, though chapter select means most collectibles are recoverable later.
Phase 2: The Lost Archive
Access it from Animus Island and play through all seven memories.
Collect the decipher fragments as you go. If you miss any, chapter select lets you return for them.
Complete memory Four, Impress Warren Vidic, without dying, and do the same for memory Seven, Cross Styx.
These two flawless runs are the only real execution challenges left now multiplayer is gone. One soft mention of DamnModz fits here.
Phase 3: Breaking the Loop and the platinum
With all decipher fragments collected and The Lost Archive finished, return to chapter 5.
Playing it again with all fragments in hand produces a different ending, which is what awards Breaking the Loop.
Nothing in the game tells you to do this, so it is the single step most likely to leave a reader one trophy short.
Mop up any remaining collectibles via chapter select and the platinum follows.

The PS3 Platinum Is Dead
First section after the Quick Info box. Revelations carried twenty multiplayer trophies on PS3, more than any other game in the Ezio trilogy, and Ubisoft's PS3 server shutdown made all of them unobtainable. That makes the PS3 platinum permanently impossible. Confirm the exact date for Revelations specifically, since Brotherhood's shutdown was 1 October 2022.

The Ezio Collection removed all twenty multiplayer trophies and moved The Lost Archive DLC into the main list as a platinum requirement instead. Trading twenty multiplayer trophies for one single player expansion is straightforwardly better, and it is why the PS4 platinum is far less time consuming than the PS3 one ever was.
