2) What We Cover

Your guarantee begins when your order is marked as completed or when the purchased product, account, result, or service is delivered. Covered problems must be reported within 30 calendar days after completion or delivery.

4) Ban, Reset & Patch Protection

Games, platforms, and publisher systems can change without warning. Your purchase should not become worthless immediately after delivery because of a game-side change.

For 30 calendar days after completion or delivery, your purchase is covered if a game update, patch, ban, reset, revocation, removal, compatibility change, or publisher action causes the delivered product or result to stop working.

Covered issues may include:

5) How to Use Your Guarantee

Contact DamnModz within 30 calendar days after your order is completed or delivered using one of the following methods:

6) Refund Amount, Timing & Method

When you choose a refund and your claim is approved:

  • DamnModz will issue the approved refund within 3 business days of approval.
  • The refund will cover 100% of the amount paid for the eligible order.
  • The refund will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • This guarantee applies to all payment methods accepted by DamnModz.
  • After the refund is issued, allow approximately 3–5 additional business days for your bank or payment provider to display the funds.

7) Cancellations Before Fulfillment

Wrong Platform or Game Version
