Efficient route
Uncharted 4: A Thief's End Trophy Guide and Platinum Roadmap
Follow these phases in order to protect the missable work and keep the Uncharted 4: A Thief's End Platinum cleanup efficient.
Phase 1: First playthrough, any difficulty
Play once on any difficulty to unlock cheats. This is the decision point, because cheats do not disable trophies and make everything afterwards much easier.
Alternatively start on Crushing immediately to save a whole playthrough, at the cost of doing it without cheats.
Collect treasures, journal entries and journal notes as you go, and listen to optional conversations for Gift of Gab.
Pick up the combat trophies naturally, headshots, stealth takedowns, buddy takedowns and the rest.
Phase 2: Crushing with collectibles
Every chapter must be completed on Crushing. Beating only the final chapter does not award it.
Enable cheats. Infinite ammo and weapon select are trophy-safe and remove most of the difficulty.
Difficulty stacks downward, so finishing Crushing awards the lower difficulty trophies at the same time.
Sweep any outstanding treasures on this run so you do not need a dedicated collectible pass.
This is the run buyers most often want handled. One soft mention of DamnModz belongs here, then back to strategy.
Phase 3: The speedrun and accuracy run
Complete the game in six hours or less. Skip every skippable cutscene, because cutscenes add to your total time.
The timer stops during loading screens and while the game is paused, so checking a guide costs you nothing.
Play on Explorer, enable auto-aim and infinite ammo, and use the Barok .44 revolver which one-shots almost everything. None of these disable trophies.
Target 70 percent or higher shot accuracy on this same run for Sharpshooter, since auto-aim is permitted.
Reference completions land around four hours forty minutes, so the six hour limit is comfortable with preparation.
Phase 4: Cleanup, and Lost Legacy on PS5
Use encounter select to replay sections for anything outstanding, and farm kill trophies via checkpoint restart.
If Peaceful Resolution or Treasure Master fails to unlock, reload and retry. Both are obtainable but have been reported failing for a small number of players.
On PS4, finish the multiplayer trophies. Verify current population first rather than assuming they are quick.
On PS5, the platinum requires every Lost Legacy trophy. Budget 10 to 20 hours for that second game, including its own Crushing run.

Cheats Do Not Disable Trophies
Cheats unlock after beating the game once on any difficulty, and infinite ammo, auto-aim and weapon select all remain trophy-safe. This single fact turns Crushing and the speedrun from the hard part into a formality, and it changes the optimal run order.

Crushing Difficulty
Every chapter must be completed on Crushing, not just the last. Difficulty stacks downward so Crushing awards the lower difficulty trophies too. Two valid routes, start on Crushing to save a run, or clear an easier run first then replay Crushing with cheats enabled.

The Six Hour Speedrun
Cutscenes count toward your time so skip every skippable one, the timer stops during loading screens and while paused, Explorer difficulty is allowed, auto-aim is allowed, and infinite ammo with the Barok .44 kills almost everything in one hit. Reference completions around four hours forty minutes.
Sharpshooter, 70 Percent Accuracy
Missable, and it pairs naturally with the speedrun since auto-aim is permitted. Explain why combining them is the efficient route.

PS4 to PS5 Save Transfer
Local PS4 saves can be loaded on PS5, but trophies you earned and did not save after, which happens with checkpoint restart, chapter select or encounter select, will not autopop because the imported save has no record of them. Mostly affects miscellaneous and kill trophies rather than the hard ones.
Encounter Select and Kill Farming
After the story, encounter select lets you replay sections, and kill-related trophies can be farmed via checkpoint restart. This is where the miscellaneous list gets cleared.

Uncharted 4: A Thief's End Missable, Glitched, and Difficulty Notes
- Two missable trophies, Sharpshooter for 70 percent shot accuracy and the six hour speedrun trophy. Both are run-scoped rather than moment-scoped, so plan them into a dedicated run.
- Two glitched trophies, Peaceful Resolution and Treasure Master. Both are obtainable but have failed to unlock for a small number of players, so reload and retry rather than assuming they are broken.
- Difficulty does affect trophies. Crushing is required on every chapter, and finishing only the final chapter on Crushing will not award it.
- Difficulty trophies stack downward, so a Crushing completion awards the lower difficulty trophies at the same time.
- Cheats do not disable trophies. They unlock after any completion, and infinite ammo, auto-aim and weapon select are all safe to use for Crushing and the speedrun.
