Follow these phases in order to protect the missable work and keep the The Wolf Among Us Platinum cleanup efficient.
Phase 1: Play all five episodes
Play through all five episodes normally. Every chapter completion awards a trophy, which covers 25 of the 36.
Collect Book of Fables entries as you go, which happens largely automatically as you meet characters and visit locations.
Go to the Crooked Man's Pawn Shop BEFORE The Cut Above butcher shop, or you will not be able to interact with the environment there.
Talk to Toad Junior first and then go to the mirror, which secures an otherwise easily missed entry.
Do not worry about your decisions otherwise. Choices have no trophy consequences beyond the Book entries.
Phase 2: Rewind for the missing entries
Check the Book of Fables per episode to see which entries you are short. Expect one or two per episode.
Use chapter rewind from the menu to return to the relevant chapter.
Make the OPPOSITE choice to the one you originally made. For example in Episode 2, treat the interrogation suspect differently to swap Bluebeard's Mercy for Ichabod's Denial.
Each Librarian trophy fires once that episode's Book entries are complete.
Phase 3: The platinum
With all five Librarian trophies and every chapter completion trophy earned, the platinum follows.
Total time should be 8 to 15 hours including the rewinds.
If the PS3 and PS4 lists are separate and stack, the other version offers a second platinum now you know the entry order.
Carry no commercial mention on this page given the low difficulty.

Twenty-Five Trophies Are Automatic
First section after the Quick Info box. The structure is simple, five episodes with five chapter completion trophies each, all of which unlock by playing. That accounts for twenty-five of the thirty-six trophies with no effort at all. What remains is the platinum plus the five Book of Fables trophies, one per episode.

The Book of Fables Is the Whole Job
It records an entry for every character and location you encounter across the game. Playing normally you will hold most entries by the end, with only one or two missing per episode. Several entries are decision-based, meaning you get one version or the other depending on a choice, so the fix is to replay those chapters afterwards making the opposite choice. Chapter rewind is available from the menu, which is why nothing here is genuinely missable.

How the Opposite-Choice Mechanic Works
A worked example makes it clear. In Episode 2 you will hold either Bluebeard's Mercy or Ichabod's Denial depending on your Chapter 2 decision, so on the replay you treat the interrogation suspect differently and the other entry unlocks.
Efficient route
Pawn Shop Before Butcher Shop
The one genuine ordering trap. You must choose to go to the Crooked Man's Pawn Shop before going to The Cut Above butcher shop. If you go in the other order you will be unable to interact with the environment at the pawn shop, and the entry is not available on that pass. It costs a chapter replay rather than a playthrough, but it is the only place the game silently removes an interaction.
Toad Junior Before the Mirror
A second, smaller ordering detail. One entry requires talking to Toad Junior first and then going to the mirror. It is not out of the way at all, and knowing the order means you can pick it up on your first playthrough.
Efficient route
The Five Librarian Trophies
, an H3 per episode. Novice, Apprentice, Journeyman, Master and Grand Master Librarian, one per episode. Journeyman, covering Episode 3, is the rarest required trophy at 20.4 percent, which on a Telltale game is high rather than concerning.
How to Rewind
Chapter rewind is accessed from the menu and lets you return to a specific chapter to make different choices.
Choices Do Not Otherwise Matter
Beyond the Book of Fables entries, your decisions have no trophy consequences. There are no trophies for endings, no trophies for specific outcomes and no difficulty settings.
