Does Modern Warfare 4 Have a Platinum Trophy?
No. The revealed PS5 trophies sit in a DLC list under Modern Warfare II through Call of Duty HQ, rather than a standalone list with its own platinum. The 18 trophies can be completed without awarding a new platinum.
There is also no PS4 workaround. Modern Warfare 4 is PS5 only, unlike the unusual version split discussed in our Black Ops 7 trophy guide. Some other Call of Duty titles gained separate platinum lists after leaving the shared launcher, but no such change has been announced for MW4. Use this objective-based order to plan all 18 disclosed trophies. It covers the named missions, Base Camp, Realism and collectibles in a straightforward sequence.
Step 1: First Playthrough and Mission Trophies
Advance the story on any difficulty while following mission challenges. In Mayhem, stop ten paratroopers before landing. Search Following Orders for Notes and contraband while avoiding civilian harm. Work on train-car kills in Hired Gun, consecutive mortar kills in Losing Ground, and the crates and reinforcement vehicles in Stranded.
Assassins has separate requirements for Revenge and Pacifist. One involves clearing enemies after Shin dies on Hardened or higher. The other restricts you to one kill for the mission. Plan different attempts rather than trying to combine them.
Step 2: Base Camp Repairs
For Scavenger, track every Base Camp repair as it becomes available. The objective requires everything to be repaired, without specifying an inventory of upgrades.
Step 3: Realism Run
Complete the campaign on Realism for Was it worth it?. Safety’s On and Revenge require Hardened or higher, while Can’t touch this requires Veteran or higher. Treat each trophy’s stated condition individually rather than relying on presumed difficulty stacking.
Step 4: Remaining Notes and Challenges
Compare unfinished objectives against the 50 different Notes for Noteworthy and the complete Following Orders collection for No Stone Unturned. If mission replay supports trophy cleanup, use it for missed Notes and challenges.

Complete every repair at Base Camp.

Was it worth it?
This gold trophy requires a complete Realism campaign. A single difficult encounter cannot substitute for the full completion requirement.
Can’t touch this
Defeat Makarov in the alley without taking a hit on Veteran or higher. Both difficulty and hitless execution matter.
Pacifist and Revenge
Pacifist limits Assassins to one enemy killed. Revenge instead requires clearing enemies after Shin dies on Hardened or above. Keep their requirements separate.
Safety’s On and No Stone Unturned
Safety’s On forbids shooting during the Out in the Cold kitchen fight on Hardened or above. No Stone Unturned requires every Note and contraband item in Following Orders.
