Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Trophy Guide and Platinum Walkthrough

This Star Wars Jedi: Survivor trophy guide covers a 3/10 Platinum that takes about 40 hours on Story Mode, needs one playthrough, and has one missable trophy.

Story trophy names and location details create light spoilers. Free roam remains available after the ending, so almost every objective can be completed on the same save. The broader PlayStation trophy guide collection covers other action games with similar story-first cleanup routes.

Efficient route

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Trophy Guide Roadmap

1

Phase 1: Complete the Story and Secure the Missable Trophy

Play on any difficulty. Story Mode is the fastest option and does not block a trophy. Focus on the main path because many side areas require traversal abilities earned in later chapters.

Your priority is You've Got A Friend. Lock on to an enemy, hold R1, and press Square to order a companion to attack. Use the command at least 10 times with Bode and 10 times with Merrin. Bode only accompanies you during Chapters 1 and 4, so finish his count before the Chapter 4 partnership ends. There is no in-game counter, which makes a few extra assists sensible.

Scan each new enemy with BD-1 whenever the prompt appears over a defeated target. Also speak to NPCs, complete short recruitment rumors, and use Skoova's dialogue whenever you find him near water. These habits reduce the post-story work for Intergalactic Geographic, Max Capacity, and Skoova Diving.

Combat trophies such as Han Slowlo, They Never Saw It Coming, and Mirror Match should progress naturally. Do not spend hours clearing every icon yet. The story unlocks Force Lift, Force Slam, the air dash, electro dart access, and other tools needed for complete exploration.

2

Phase 2: Unlock Map Upgrades and Complete Major Side Content

After the story, begin with the upgrades that reveal collectible categories. Explore Phon'Qi Caverns on Koboh and slice its terminal to mark chests, Stim Canisters, and BD-1 slice upgrades. Complete all seven Jedi Chambers, then use the monitors at the Alignment Control Center to reveal Essences. Complete the three Path puzzles on Jedha and enter Wayfinder's Tomb to reveal Treasures.

These upgrades make the important cleanup much faster. Finish the full bounty chain, defeat all legendary adversaries, recruit every cantina resident, find every fish and required plant species, and complete all 15 Force Tears. Continue scanning enemies until every Tactical Guide category is complete.

Prioritize every Priorite Shard because Splurgle requires all 100. Other currencies do not need to be fully collected. The cleanup pattern is similar to the God of War Ragnarok trophy guide, where waiting for every traversal ability prevents repeated visits to the same regions.

3

Phase 3: Finish Holotactics, Combat Skills, and Miscellaneous Trophies

Recruit Bhima and Tulli at Boiling Bluff to unlock Holotactics in Pyloon's Saloon. Defeat all eight opponents for Gambler. Droidekas placed in the back row work well when durable melee units protect them at the front.

Buy the trophy-related skills before general upgrades. The important purchases are Point Blank in the Blaster tree, Focused Sight in Survival, Precision Release in Dual Wield, Mass Slam in Telekinesis, and Extended Hold in Jedi Concentration. Meditation Points reset nearby enemies, so every remaining combat counter can be farmed in free roam.

Finish the cosmetic, mount, garden, perk-slot, and exploration objectives. New Journey+ is not required unless Bode's companion assists were missed during the first run.

Guide notes

Missable Trophies in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

You've Got A Friend

You've Got A Friend is the only true missable trophy. You need at least 10 combat assists from Bode and 10 from Merrin. Lock on to an enemy, hold R1, and press Square when the companion ability is available. Let the attack connect before counting it, and use each companion more than 10 times because the game has no visible tracker.

Bode is the risky half. He is available as a combat companion on Coruscant in Chapter 1 and during the Lucrehulk section in Chapter 4. Complete his assists before that Chapter 4 sequence ends. Merrin accompanies you during Chapter 3, and her assists can also be completed after the story against enemies in the Arid Flats on Jedha.

Missing Bode does not require a second full completion. New Journey+ reaches his Chapter 1 combat encounters quickly. If the trophy does not unlock after redoing Bode's count, continue until Merrin joins and repeat her 10 assists on that run. Securing both counts during the first playthrough is cleaner.

Guide notes

Does Difficulty Affect Trophies or Is New Journey+ Required?

Difficulty does not affect any trophy. You can start on Story Mode, change the setting at any time, and earn the full Platinum. Story Mode lowers combat pressure, although it does not remove the timing and movement needed for the platforming Force Tears.

One playthrough is enough. New Journey+ has no exclusive trophy and is only useful as a recovery route when Bode's 10 assists were missed. The 3/10 rating places Jedi: Survivor near the more approachable games covered by the easiest Platinum trophies list, but the collectible cleanup still makes it longer than a typical easy Platinum.

There are no online requirements and no separate DLC trophy packs. The Platinum only needs the 53 other trophies in the base list.

Guide notes

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Collectibles Overview

You do not need every chest, databank entry, Echo, Seed Pod, or map percentage. The Platinum targets specific collectible sets and currencies.

Collectible or activityPlatinum requirement
Jedi ChambersComplete all 7
Force TearsComplete all 15
Legendary AdversariesDefeat all 13
Bounty EnemiesComplete the 17-target bounty chain
Cantina RecruitsRecruit all 11 required residents
FishFind all 12 with Skoova
Plant SpeciesGrow all 10 species and expand every garden plot
Priorite ShardsCollect all 100 for Doma's merchandise
Perk SlotsUnlock all 10 and fill them with perks
Skill TreesFully upgrade any 3 of the 9 trees
Enemy ScansComplete all 72 required Tactical Guide entries
Map UpgradesUnlock all 5 for cleanup support, although none has a direct trophy

The game has five useful map upgrades. Phon'Qi Caverns reveals chests and related upgrades, all seven Jedi Chambers lead to the Essence map, and the three Jedha Path puzzles open the Treasure map in Wayfinder's Tomb. The Databank map arrives through the Nova Garon story route, while the Seed Pod map follows garden progress after Pili joins the cantina. Finish the story before a serious cleanup because the final traversal abilities remove most access restrictions.

Splurgle contains several unusual Priorite Shards. One comes from the cantina toilet, one is awarded through Holotactics, and one appears after a rare-colored Nekko is stabled and the area is reset. Scavenger Droids also carry shards, so kill them before they burrow away.

Guide notes

PS4 to PS5 Save Transfer and Trophy Autopop

The PS4 and PS5 releases use separate trophy lists. A PS4 save can be imported into the PS5 version when you own the Cross-Gen Bundle or both versions. From the PS5 game's main menu, choose Import PS4 System Save Data and confirm the overwrite.

Transfer only works from PS4 to PS5. A PS5 save cannot be sent back to PS4. Imported progress can trigger trophies already earned on the PS4 list, although some trophies may need a Meditation Point, a skill-menu check, or a related action before they unlock. Keep the original PS4 save until the PS5 list has updated correctly.

Guide notes

Reported Trophy Unlock Issues

There are no currently known trophies that remain permanently unobtainable after installing the available updates. An older bounty progression problem that could block Caij Match was addressed in a post-launch patch.

Perk of the Job can occasionally fail to unlock at the expected moment. You begin with three slots, find six upgrades, and buy the final upgrade from Zee. Check that all 10 slots have registered, equip perks whose combined cost fills them, meditate, and re-equip the loadout. A save backup before collecting the final upgrade provides extra protection because the game relies on one active autosave.

They're Probably Fine can unlock late. Dismount immediately before the creature crosses the cliff edge, then fast travel away, reload, or repeat the setup if the trophy does not appear. Installing the latest game update before the Platinum cleanup also avoids launch-version trophy issues.

Guide notes

General Tips for the Platinum

Story and Exploration Tips

Scan every new enemy as soon as BD-1 offers the prompt. This is especially useful after bounty fights, legendary encounters, and uncommon story battles. The Tactical Guide shows incomplete factions, which narrows the search when only one or two entries remain.

Speak with recruitable NPCs until their dialogue is exhausted. Several move to Pyloon's Saloon after a rumor or short interaction, and their presence unlocks other activities such as the garden, aquarium, and Holotactics.

Treat map completion as a tool rather than a trophy requirement. Markers that lead to Priorite Shards, perk slots, fish, plants, and Force Tears matter. Unrelated cosmetics and lore can be ignored once their useful routes are clear.

Combat and Skill Tips

Reserve early skill points for trophy abilities. Point Blank, Focused Sight, Precision Release, Mass Slam, and Extended Hold cover several counters that otherwise cannot progress. Fully upgrading three compact skill trees is more efficient than spreading points evenly across all nine.

Story Mode makes parries and boss encounters forgiving. Players familiar with Stellar Blade's Platinum will find Jedi: Survivor less demanding, particularly after lowering the difficulty. Slow Mode can also reduce the speed of precise traversal sections without disabling trophies.

Meditation Points repopulate standard enemies. A group of weak Stormtroopers or B1 Droids can support Slow kills, Lift attacks, stealth strikes, Mass Slam, Point Blank counters, and Precision Releases without changing saves.

Holotactics Tips

Holotactics uses enemies already scanned for the Tactical Guide. Place high-damage ranged units such as Droidekas in the rear and use cheaper melee units to absorb pressure in front. Unspent points carry into later waves, so an efficient early round creates a stronger final board.

All eight opponents must be beaten. New challengers appear as the cantina fills, which is another reason to complete Max Capacity before treating Holotactics as final cleanup.

Focus these first

Hardest Trophies and How to Get Them

01

Blood, Sweat, and Tears

All 15 Force Tears are needed. Some are combat challenges with fixed stances, while the hardest are extended platforming routes built around dashes, wall runs, grapples, and moving hazards. Finish the story first so every movement ability is available.

Approach each platforming Tear as a sequence of short checkpoints. Keep the camera aimed toward the next landing before jumping, delay the air dash until the route demands it, and use the full double-jump arc instead of rushing every input. Combat difficulty can be lowered for battle Tears, while the accessibility Slow Mode can make fast traversal sequences easier to read.

02

Splurgle

Doma's full inventory costs all 100 Priorite Shards. Unlock the Treasures map upgrade before the main search, then clear one Koboh region at a time. Check the map at different elevation levels because underground and overhead markers can appear close together.

The common final blockers are the shard from the cantina toilet, the Holotactics reward, the rare Nekko stable shard, and Scavenger Droids that escaped during an earlier visit. A Scavenger Droid must be killed before it burrows away, while the Nekko method requires placing a rare-colored mount in the stable and returning after the area resets.

03

Intergalactic Geographic

Scan defeated enemies whenever BD-1 displays the prompt. Completing every bounty, legendary adversary, and major side area covers most unusual entries, while the Tactical Guide identifies the faction containing anything missing.

If a scan prompt disappears during combat, rest at a nearby Meditation Point and defeat the enemy again. Do not leave the full scan list until the end because common enemies from different factions can look similar once only a few entries remain.

Quick answers

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to Platinum Star Wars Jedi: Survivor?

Expect about 40 hours on Story Mode. Jedi Knight and higher difficulties can push the total beyond 50 hours.

How hard is the Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Platinum?

It is about 3/10. Combat can be reduced to Story Mode, with the toughest execution coming from several platforming Force Tears.

Are there missable trophies in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor?

Yes. You've Got A Friend is missable because Bode is only a combat companion during Chapters 1 and 4.

Does difficulty affect trophies in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor?

No. Every trophy can be earned on Story Mode, and the difficulty can be changed during the playthrough.

How many playthroughs are needed for the Platinum?

One playthrough is enough. New Journey+ is only needed when Bode's companion assists were missed.

Does Star Wars Jedi: Survivor have online trophies?

No. All 54 trophies are earned offline in the single-player game.

Does the PS4 save auto-pop trophies on PS5?

PS4 progress can be imported into PS5, and earned trophies can unlock from the transferred save. Some may need a Meditation Point or a related action before appearing.

What is the hardest trophy in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor?

Blood, Sweat, and Tears is usually the hardest because several of the 15 Force Tears demand precise platforming that combat difficulty does not bypass.

Is 100 percent map completion required?

No. You need the trophy-specific collectibles and activities, not every chest, Echo, databank entry, Seed Pod, or map percentage.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is a forgiving Platinum once the Bode assists are secured and the collectible map upgrades are active. The Ghost of Tsushima Platinum follows another accessible open-world route built around a story clear and post-game cleanup. Players looking to reduce the longer collectible portion can also review the available Star Wars Jedi: Survivor services.
