SnowRunner Trophy Guide: Platinum Roadmap
Phase 1: Finish the Tutorial and Protect Goliath
Start a standard campaign on Normal Mode and follow every main tutorial prompt until Yeah, you can drive! unlocks. Normal Mode is the cleanest Platinum route because fuel, recovery, repairs, and truck resale are more forgiving than in Hard Mode.
Your first priority is Goliath. The large green objective fuel semi-trailer beside the Black River fuel station is the easiest target. Do not deliver it before you have used a heavy telescopic crane to raise one end at least five meters. The American heavy crane unlocks at rank 6, so leave the trailer in place, earn the required rank, then return with a stable heavy truck. Deploy the anchors, park close to the trailer, attach the crane near its front, and lift vertically.
If that trailer is already gone, later special objective semi-trailers can still work. You can also earn the trophy in another player's co-op world or a separate save. Treat it as missable in your main world because the supply of qualifying trailers is finite.
The damaged Fleetstar F2070A beside the Black River garage is a convenient setup for Broken Horse. Repair and refuel it without fixing the wheels, take control, and drive one kilometer on the ruined tires. If its condition has changed, any truck with every wheel broken will work.
Use the opening hours to begin the easy cumulative trophies. Pull yourself six meters with the winch, recover a vehicle ten times, repair damage with service points, and drive through shallow water whenever the route allows it. These counters are easier to finish naturally than to grind at the end.
Phase 2: Complete Michigan and Build a Reliable Fleet
Scout Black River before starting long cargo runs. Activate watchtowers, collect visible upgrades, open roads, rebuild bridges, and unlock every gateway. Repeat the same pattern in Smithville Dam, Island Lake, and Drummond Island. A five-minute scouting detour can save several failed hauling attempts later.
Complete Michigan's required contracts, tasks, and contests while clearing the map in clusters. Accept every discovered task before leaving an area, even when you plan to return later. The map and player profile menus should become your permanent checklist.
Work on the following trophies during Michigan:
- Find every required Michigan upgrade for Deer Hunt.
- Visit each logging area and confirm that the Where are the logs? tracker advances.
- Repeat a safe early contest for Untouchable if normal tasks are causing vehicle damage.
- Smash pumpkin patches whenever you pass a farmhouse for Once a Farmer always a Farmer.
- Manually crane-load four standard cargo units in sequence, then pack them for Through blood & sweat.
- Use a red scout against a heavier truck for The Duel.
Do not force difficult deliveries with an underpowered starter truck. Upgrade tires first, then suspension, winch, engine, and snorkel as each route demands. The vehicle-heavy cleanup has the same practical logic as GTA 5: buying the right machine is usually faster than repeating a bad attempt.
You can delay What's a mile? until Taymyr gives you access to the ZiKZ 5368. Retain the truck, deploy it in Michigan or Alaska, and use it for ten delivered cargo units. A stronger truck may tow it near the destination before the ZiKZ completes the final delivery.
Phase 3: Clear Alaska and Its Regional Trophies
Move to North Port with a capable scout and at least one dependable off-road cargo truck. Alaska becomes much faster after you repair blocked routes and open the garages in North Port and White Valley. Chained tires help on iced roads, while mud tires are usually better when the route leaves the pavement.
Complete every required Alaska contract, task, and contest. The three major regional goals are:
- Moose Hunt for all required Alaska upgrades
- Dreams Come True for repairing the pipelines
- Eat, Sleep, Drill, Repeat for delivering all three oil rigs
Clear bridges and landslides before moving the oversized oil-rig trailers. Use a heavy-saddle truck with strong stability and position support vehicles at difficult climbs before starting the delivery. A fuel truck near a central junction also prevents long rescue trips.
Alaska is a good place for Pedal to the Metal once the North Port gateways are open. Enter the map through one gateway, hold the accelerator continuously, and drive to another gateway without releasing it. Low gear can control speed while the accelerator remains held.
Attempt the Alaska portion of Fuel Economy only after the gateways and primary roads are ready. Choose an efficient truck with a large tank, visit each required map in that region without refueling or recovering, then repeat the concept separately in Michigan and Taymyr.
Phase 4: Complete Taymyr and the Cross-Region Trophies
Taymyr's deeper mud makes scouting and recovery support more important. Open Drowned Lands first, restore access to Quarry and Zimnegorsk, then unlock the Zimnegorsk garage. The free Rift map is not required for the Platinum trophy set, so it can be left until after the base cleanup.
Collect every required Taymyr upgrade for Bear Hunt and find the two Lenin statues for Workers Unite. One statue is near the factory in Drowned Lands, and the other is outside the government building in Zimnegorsk.
Recover the TUZ 420 "Tatarin" from Zimnegorsk, retain it, then deploy it from any Alaska garage for Bering Strait. The Tatarin is also one of the safest scouts for difficult terrain, although it cannot attach ordinary trailers.
Buy a Pacific P12 in a North American garage, retain it, move it to Taymyr, and use it to deliver ten cargo units for Western Wind. Choose short deliveries on repaired roads where possible. The P12 is capable but can struggle when overloaded in deep mud.
Taymyr also gives you access to the ZiKZ 5368 needed for What's a mile?. Buy it, transfer it to Michigan or Alaska, and complete ten cargo-unit deliveries there.
Phase 5: Finish Every Objective, Vehicle, and Cumulative Counter
After the three regions are substantially clear, audit the player profile one category at a time. Finish every required contract for Workaholic, then every required task and contest for Ain't no rest for the...trucker?. Bronze completion is enough for contests, so do not waste time chasing Gold results unless you want the extra money or experience.
The final stretch has the same methodical rhythm as Red Dead Redemption 2. A written checklist is more valuable than rushing because one forgotten objective can send you back across several maps.
Reach rank 26 before completing the fleet trophies. In Normal Mode, you can buy a base-game vehicle, let the ownership tracker register, sell it for the same price, and move to the next model. Do this in both North American and Russian stores for "Stars and Stripes", Victory Parade, and Model Collector. DLC trucks are not required.
Finish any remaining miscellaneous trophies, including Convoy, Problem Solved, Gallo-24, and 18 Wheels is Not Enough. The 1,000-kilometer requirement for The Black Shuck will usually unlock during regional completion. Use a fast road truck for cleanup only if it does not.
Before the final contract, task, contest, watchtower, upgrade, or vehicle purchase, make a cloud backup or copy the save through the backup method available on your platform. Completion trackers have a history of desynchronizing after co-op sessions and save imports.
Guide notes
Base Game, DLC, and Platform Requirements
The Platinum requires the launch trophy set in Michigan, Alaska, and the original Taymyr maps. Paid DLC regions, DLC trucks, and DLC contracts are not required. Rift is also excluded from the required watchtower, upgrade, and objective totals.
Post-launch content can still advance cumulative trophies such as distance, repairs, cargo deliveries, and pumpkin destruction. It can also provide another qualifying special trailer for Goliath. The safest route is still to secure every one-off trophy in the base regions before moving into DLC.
SnowRunner has separate PS4 and PS5 trophy lists. A transferred save may unlock many trophies, but a complete automatic Platinum is not reliable. Keep the original save backed up, import only after it has synced correctly, and expect to repeat actions for counters that do not trigger.

SnowRunner Collectibles and Regional Completion
Watchtowers, Garages, and Upgrades
Activate every required watchtower as soon as you enter a map. Watchtowers reveal routes and many objectives, but some upgrades remain outside their revealed radius. Compare each region's in-game upgrade total before leaving it.
The three upgrade trophies require the base set in their named regions:
- Deer Hunt: 21 upgrades in Michigan
- Moose Hunt: 23 upgrades in Alaska
- Bear Hunt: 21 upgrades in the original Taymyr maps
Rift upgrades are not required for Bear Hunt. If a trophy does not unlock at the expected count, revisit the player profile and check whether an upgrade collected in co-op failed to register.
All Starts From a Garage requires six garages. They are Black River and Smithville Dam in Michigan, North Port and White Valley in Alaska, then Drowned Lands and Zimnegorsk in Taymyr. You must open and enter each garage at least once.
Logging Areas and Cargo Types
For Where are the logs?, visit every required logging area in the base regions. Drive into the loading zone and check the trophy percentage. If a location does not register, interact with the loading point or load one unit before moving on.
Simply Delivered normally unlocks while completing every base contract and task because the route covers each required cargo type. Keep an eye on the profile tracker after unusual cargo and special trailer deliveries. If it remains short, use repeatable contests or unfinished tasks to deliver the missing standard cargo.
Tasks, Contracts, and Contests
Contracts are long regional job chains. Tasks are smaller objectives discovered in the world. Contests are repeatable timed activities, and any completed medal tier counts toward the completion trophy.
Use the global profile screen rather than relying only on a map's displayed percentage. The trophy set excludes some later-added content, so a region can contain optional work that is not needed for the Platinum.
Guide notes
Best Trucks and General Tips for the SnowRunner Platinum
Build Routes Before Delivering Cargo
Open watchtowers, bridges, landslides, garages, and gateways before accepting the heaviest deliveries. Scout both the marked road and any possible bypass. A route that appears longer on the map may be much faster when it avoids deep mud, steep cambers, or flooded crossings.
Place fuel and repair support at central junctions. You can recover a support truck after the main delivery is finished, but recovering the cargo truck usually loses its trailer position and wastes more time.
Match the Truck to the Job
Tires matter more than raw engine power. Use off-road or mud tires for soft terrain, chained tires for iced slopes, and raised suspension only when the extra clearance does not make the truck too unstable. Low and Low+ gears help maintain traction without excessive wheelspin.
A dedicated scout, cargo hauler, heavy-saddle truck, crane truck, fuel carrier, and recovery vehicle cover nearly every Platinum requirement. Learning each role is more useful than buying every new truck immediately, which gives SnowRunner the same fleet-management discipline as War Thunder.
Use Winches Before Recovery
Attach the winch before entering a risky mud pit or slope whenever possible. An anchored winch line can prevent a rollover, and quick winch points can pull a truck past a loss of traction. Recovering should be the final option because unpacked cargo and trailers remain behind.
When hauling a second truck for Convoy, break its engine, winch it through a gateway, reattach the winch after the new map loads, and pull it into an open garage. The towed vehicle must reach the garage while its engine is still broken.
Protect Trophy Tracking
Host your own world or play solo when finishing collection and completion trophies. Co-op is useful for rescues and Goliath cleanup, but ownership, upgrade, objective, and regional trackers have historically been less predictable for guests.
Check the profile after each region and after every bulk buy-and-sell session. Stop immediately if the percentage fails to move, reload the backup, and repeat the action in solo play.
Guide notes
Does Difficulty Affect SnowRunner Trophies?
No trophy requires Hard Mode, New Game+, or any custom difficulty setting. Normal Mode is recommended because truck resale returns the purchase price, recovery is simpler, and the fleet trophies require substantial buying and selling.
SnowRunner is not mechanically comparable to the games in the hardest PlayStation Platinums. Its 3/10 rating reflects simple trophy conditions, while the 100-hour-plus estimate reflects travel time, route preparation, and full regional completion.
Hard Mode does not add a trophy requirement, but its fuel, repair, recovery, and economy rules make the same list considerably slower. New Game+ is not needed for the primary route. It is mainly useful as a fallback when you need another Goliath trailer or want a separate cleanup save.
Guide notes
Online and Co-op Trophy Notes
SnowRunner has no online trophies. Every requirement can be completed in single-player, and solo play is the safest option for the final action tied to a tracker.
Co-op can help in three situations:
- A second player can rescue or stabilise a difficult cargo run.
- Another world can provide an undelivered objective trailer for Goliath.
- Friends can help reposition vehicles for Convoy, Problem Solved, or The Duel.
The host's world state determines available objectives. Guests should check their personal trophy progress after each important action because not every in-game completion record has always carried over reliably.
Guide notes
PS4 to PS5 Save Transfer and Glitched Trophy Notes
PS4 and PS5 use separate trophy stacks. SnowRunner supports save transfer, including platform transfers through its PROS system, but trophy unlocks should be treated separately from save progress.
Before importing a completed PS4 save:
- Update both versions of the game.
- Back up the original PS4 save.
- Confirm that the source save loads and displays the expected profile totals.
- Import the save into the PS5 version.
- Let the game finish saving and sync the trophy list before taking another action.
Some trophies may unlock immediately, some may require one more qualifying action, and others may remain locked. Do not overwrite your only completed save while testing. A fresh PS5 campaign is the most reliable option when you want a clean Platinum experience.
The trophies most worth checking manually are the three regional upgrade trophies, "All Along the Watchtower", Workaholic, Ain't no rest for the...trucker?, Model Collector, and the two nationality-based vehicle trophies. Complete the final qualifying action in solo play whenever possible.

Missable Trophies in SnowRunner
Goliath
Goliath is the one practical missable because special objective semi-trailers disappear after delivery. The easiest target is the green heavy fuel semi-trailer beside the fuel station in Black River.
Reach rank 6, install the heavy telescopic crane on a stable truck, and add a heavy trailer or other ballast if the crane truck keeps tipping. Park as close as possible, deploy the anchors, connect near the front of the objective trailer, retract the cable, then raise and extend the boom. The trophy can unlock while the rear of the trailer still touches the ground, provided the attached point reaches the required height.
Do this before delivering the trailer. If all qualifying base trailers are gone, use a friend's co-op world, a DLC objective trailer that the game recognizes, or a second save with the heavy crane unlocked.
Route-Sensitive but Recoverable Trophies
What's a mile?, Western Wind, and Untouchable are not true missables. Repeatable contests provide more cargo deliveries and clean completions after ordinary tasks are exhausted.
Broken Horse is also recoverable. Damage every wheel on a scout or truck, repair the engine and fuel systems without fixing the tires, then drive one kilometer.
Vehicle ownership trophies remain available after the campaign. Found vehicles may not always satisfy the purchase tracker, so buy and sell each required model through the garage store during cleanup.
Guide notes
Hardest SnowRunner Trophies and How to Get Them
Ain't no rest for the...trucker?
The hardest trophy is a completion audit rather than a driving challenge. Every required task and contest must be completed and registered. Accept tasks when you discover them, clear one map at a time, and compare the profile totals before leaving a region.
Contests only need a valid finish. Take the safest route and accept Bronze rather than restarting for a better medal. If the trophy remains locked, inspect every map for an undiscovered task marker and repeat the last contest in solo play after making a backup.
Workaholic
Contracts are longer, heavier, and more dependent on regional infrastructure. Finish road repairs and bridge tasks first, then stage the correct truck, trailer, fuel, and rescue support before beginning each major haul.
Check all contract providers, not only the currently selected company. Some chains unlock only after earlier regional work is completed.
Model Collector
Wait until rank 26 so every required truck is available. Sell unused vehicles and trailers, then work through the North American store and Russian store systematically. In Normal Mode, immediate resale lets the same money fund the full list.
If Model Collector, "Stars and Stripes", or Victory Parade fails to unlock, repeat the store pass in solo play. Buy each model long enough for the ownership statistic to update before selling it.
The Black Shuck
The distance requirement is simple but very long. Do not grind it early. Complete every region first, then check the player profile. If distance remains, use a fast and stable truck on a repaired paved loop rather than driving through mud.
Quick answers
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to Platinum SnowRunner?
A first Platinum usually takes about 100-180 hours. Efficient route planning and prior game knowledge can lower the total, while repeated recoveries and co-op tracking issues can push it higher.
How hard is the SnowRunner Platinum?
The SnowRunner Platinum is about 3/10 for difficulty. There are no demanding combat or reaction tests, but the list requires patience, careful logistics, and extensive regional completion.
How many trophies are in SnowRunner?
SnowRunner has 38 trophies: 20 Bronze, 13 Silver, 4 Gold, and 1 Platinum.
Are there missable trophies in SnowRunner?
Yes. Goliath is the one practical missable because qualifying special objective semi-trailers can disappear after delivery.
Are there online trophies in SnowRunner?
No. All 38 trophies can be earned solo, and single-player is recommended for important completion and collection triggers.
Does difficulty affect trophies in SnowRunner?
No. No trophy requires a specific difficulty setting. Normal Mode provides the fastest and safest Platinum economy.
Is SnowRunner DLC required for the Platinum?
No. Paid regions, DLC trucks, and DLC objectives are not required. The original Michigan, Alaska, and Taymyr trophy content is enough.
Is Rift required for SnowRunner trophies?
No. Rift watchtowers, upgrades, tasks, and contracts are not required for the Platinum trophy set.
What is the hardest trophy in SnowRunner?
Ain't no rest for the...trucker? is the hardest because it requires every necessary task and contest to be found, completed, and tracked.
How many playthroughs are needed for the SnowRunner Platinum?
One campaign save is enough. A second save is only useful when Goliath was missed or an imported save has unreliable trophy tracking.
Do PS4 trophies automatically unlock on PS5?
A transferred save can unlock some or many PS5 trophies, but a complete auto-pop is not reliable. Back up the source save and expect to repeat qualifying actions.
Can SnowRunner trophies be earned in co-op?
Many can, but guest tracking is less predictable than solo play. Finish regional completion, upgrades, watchtowers, and vehicle purchases in your own world when possible.
SnowRunner becomes manageable when each region is treated as a logistics project rather than one enormous checklist. Players who prefer account-specific help with the remaining completion can use DamnModz PlayStation trophy services while the roadmap above covers the full route from Black River to One with the Truck.
DamnModz supports PlayStation games with Platinum trophies. Choose the game and tell us what remains on your list.
