Follow these phases in order to protect the missable work and keep the Assassin's Creed Origins Platinum cleanup efficient.
Phase 1: Before you start, two rules
Do not sell trinkets. You need 100 saved for Reduce Reuse Recycle and they are the obvious early money source, which is exactly why people lose this one.
Ignore the old Aya warning. Completing locations as Aya no longer voids Old Habits, that was fixed in patch 1.0.5.
Play on whatever difficulty you like. Nothing is difficulty gated.
Phase 2: Main story and the map
Play the main story while clearing question marks as you pass them. The platinum requires visiting every question mark and completing the activity there.
Pick up the gold glowing items inside tombs and pyramids as you explore. They are easy to walk past and annoying to backtrack for.
Complete the stone circles and tomb puzzles as you encounter them rather than saving them for a dedicated pass.
Work the combat and ability trophies naturally, including the predator bow kill from over 60 metres.
Phase 3: Map completion and cleanup
Sweep the remaining question marks. This is the bulk of the time on this platinum and it is the part where the world size actually bites.
Confirm your trinket count is at or above 100 before assuming the trophy is bugged.
This is where a 30 hour game becomes a 50 hour platinum. One soft mention of DamnModz fits here, then back to routes.
The base platinum lands at the end of this phase, without touching either expansion.
Phase 4: The Hidden Ones, optional
Separate trophy list. Requires level 38 to start, with the new Sinai region built for levels 38 to 45.
Access it by loading your main save and taking a boat from Memphis. A letter from Tahira triggers it.
Complete the main DLC quest chain through The Greater Good, plus the side quests Rise of Shaqilat and Shadows of the Scarab.
If Surgical Strikes or New Recruits glitch, the documented fix is a New Game Plus run on easy with enemy auto-level off, playing until you can leave Siwa, then rushing the three assassinations and the two side quests.
Phase 5: The Curse of the Pharaohs, optional
Separate trophy list. Some content requires level 55 or higher, notably the 5 Serqet locations.
Before starting, leave at least one gear upgrade unspent. Fully upgrading with regular resources first can leave you unable to craft with Shards of a Star.
Shards of a Star drop from Pharaoh Shadows, Scorpions and certain Afterlife locations.
The Serqet scorpion fights can be handled with a level 55 light bow such as the Bow of Ra, which is given during a DLC main quest.

Every Question Mark on the Map
Origins has the largest world in the series at the time and the platinum does require visiting every question mark and completing the activity there. This is the bulk of the 50 hours, so give it honest treatment rather than a single bullet.
Stone Circles and Tomb Puzzles
The puzzle content that readers most often leave incomplete, plus the gold glowing items in tombs and pyramids that are easy to walk past.

The Shards of a Star Trap
If you fully upgrade your gear with regular resources before starting The Curse of the Pharaohs, you may have nothing left to upgrade with Shards of a Star, which could make that trophy unobtainable. Leave one upgrade slot open. This currently only exists in a comment thread.

- No outright missable trophies. Reduce Reuse Recycle is the semi-missable, requiring 100 trinkets saved rather than sold.
