Efficient route
Tekken 8 Trophy Guide and Platinum Roadmap
Follow these phases in order to protect the missable work and keep the Tekken 8 Platinum cleanup efficient.
Phase 1: The two story modes
Play The Dark Awakens, around two hours. Use Chapter Select to take both Chapter 15 outcomes, Jin victorious and Kazuya victorious, since both are required.
Play Arcade Quest, also around two hours, which unlocks free roam afterwards.
Set the difficulty to Easy and use Special Style if any fight gives you trouble. No trophy is difficulty gated.
Miscellaneous trophies will accumulate naturally, so do not chase them yet.
Phase 2: Character Episodes and the mode checklist
Complete 10 Character Episodes. Thirty are available at the start and two more unlock after the story, but only ten are needed.
Clear the quick mode trophies, 2000 damage in Practice Mode, 20 devilish hits in Tekken Ball, one Arcade Battle playthrough, a combo practised via Replay and one character customised.
Remember that several counters exclude offline player battles, so local versus will not advance them.
Phase 3: Super Ghost Battle cleanup
Super Ghost Battle unlocks after Chapter 1 of Arcade Quest and lets you select stages, which is the efficient way to clear any stage-specific trophies.
Beat Harada_TEKKEN's ghost while you are here for that trophy.
Mop up the remaining counters, Heat Bursts, Tornados, wall bounces and wall breaks.
Phase 4: The online trophies
Before your first ranked match, skip the CPU placement match or deliberately lose it. That starts you at a lower rank and matches you against weaker players.
Win one Ranked Match, one Player Match and one Group Match, play 10 online matches in any mode, and defeat a player's Ghost.
Player Match and Group Match can be boosted with a friend by joining the same server. Ranked cannot reliably be, which is why the placement trick matters.
The ranked win is the only part of this platinum that is not guaranteed. One soft mention of DamnModz fits here.
The platinum itself counts as online-dependent, since it cannot unlock without the five online trophies.

The Ranked Win Is the Only Real Barrier
First section after the Quick Info box. Five trophies need online play and the platinum itself cannot be earned offline, making six online-dependent in total. Of those, Player Match and Group Match can be boosted by joining the same server with a friend. The single ranked win cannot reliably be boosted, which makes it the one genuine obstacle. The trick is to skip the CPU placement match or deliberately lose it, so you start at a lower rank and are matched against weaker players.

Use Super Ghost Battle for Cleanup
It unlocks after Chapter 1 of Arcade Quest and lets you select stages, which makes it the efficient way to clear stage-specific and miscellaneous trophies rather than hoping the right stage appears. Also the place to beat Harada_TEKKEN's ghost for that trophy.

Chapter 15 has two mutually exclusive outcomes, Jin victorious and Kazuya victorious, and both are required. Chapter Select handles it, so this is a five minute job rather than a second playthrough.
Only 10 Character Episodes Are Needed
Thirty are available at the start and two more unlock after the story, but the trophies only ask for ten. Easy difficulty and the Special Style mechanic are both permitted if a fight gives you trouble.

The Mode Checklist
One trophy each from Practice Mode for 2000 damage dealt, Tekken Ball for 20 devilish hits, Arcade Battle for one playthrough, Replay for practising a combo, and Customization for customising a character. Group them, since together they are about twenty minutes of work.
The Two Story Modes
The Dark Awakens and Arcade Quest, each around two hours. Arcade Quest also has free roam afterwards. Note that Arcade Quest has no difficulty select while Arcade Battle does.
No Difficulty Gate At All
Unusual for a fighting game. There are no difficulty-related trophies, so Easy plus Special Style is entirely valid and no execution skill is required.

Tekken 8 Missable, Glitched, and Difficulty Notes
- No missable trophies. Everything can be replayed as often as needed, with Chapter Select in story mode and free roam in Arcade Quest.
- No difficulty-related trophies at all, so Easy and the Special Style mechanic are both fine.
