The night race through Balsero
The RSX is just to the right of the player car as the pack reaches the bridge. The car with oval lights a few seconds earlier is the Pfister Growler.

The Grotti Itali RSX races alongside the player in Balsero at 20:25 in GTA 6’s An Extended Look. Its two rectangular rear lamps sit either side of a narrow red strip. For a front view, look for the magenta car at 0:47 in the Launch Trailer’s Shore Drive chase.
The two cars around the player in the night race are easy to confuse: the Growler has oval rear lamps, while the RSX has rectangular ones.

The RSX is just to the right of the player car as the pack reaches the bridge. The car with oval lights a few seconds earlier is the Pfister Growler.

Look past the foreground cars and spectators. The bronze RSX is parked farther back, while a red Thrax passes nearer to the camera.

Look beside the police chase for the magenta coupe. Its front view reveals the low headlamps and the wide opening beneath them.
The RSX carries the same low-slung, sculpted super-sports shape that made it recognisable in GTA Online. The two GTA 6 scenes show the silhouette in motion without establishing a new mechanical specification.

The GTA Online Itali RSX has an SF90-inspired nose, sculpted sides, pronounced rear vents and a functioning active rear wing. It is a two-seat, all-wheel-drive Sports car in GTA Online.

The GTA 6 Itali RSX appears in the 20:25 nighttime sequence and in magenta on Shore Drive at 0:47. The familiar nose, low cabin and rear profile are present, without a clearly established body redesign.
Grotti uses the Itali name on multiple sports cars, but the RSX and GTO are not the same vehicle. The HSW-capable Stinger TT is another distinct car, while the older Itali GTB pair is made by Progen, not Grotti.
| Model | GTA manufacturer and real-car comparison | GTA 6 status | Relationship |
|---|---|---|---|
| Itali RSX | Grotti, Ferrari SF90 Stradale | Seen in An Extended Look and Launch Trailer | This two-seat Sports car |
| Itali GTO | Grotti, Ferrari 812 Superfast | Seen in Trailer 1 | Separate grand-touring Sports car |
| Stinger TT (Itali GTO Stinger TT) | Grotti, Ferrari Roma | Not yet seen | Separate HSW-capable GTA Online model |
| Itali GTB and Itali GTB Custom | Progen, McLaren 570S with racing-inspired cues | Not documented in GTA 6 material | Different fictional manufacturer |
In GTA Online, the Itali RSX is stronger at the top end with a tested 134.50 mph. The Itali GTO is quicker over a lap, at 0:59.359 compared with the RSX’s 1:00.844. Neither is the fastest car across every GTA Online class and test.
The Stinger TT has its own Hao’s Special Works option. That upgrade does not apply to the Itali RSX, whose own GTA Online setup has no HSW conversion.
The Ferrari SF90 Stradale is the clearest real-world match for the Grotti Itali RSX. Its low front end, shallow cabin and sculpted rear are close to Ferrari’s hybrid flagship, with additional styling cues associated with the F8 Tributo.
Ferrari introduced the SF90 Stradale in 2019 as its first series-production plug-in hybrid. It combines a 780 cv V8 with three electric motors for 1,000 cv total. The front electric axle gives the real SF90 all-wheel drive, just as the Itali RSX uses all-wheel drive in GTA Online.
Ferrari-inspired design is not exclusive to the RSX within Grotti. The Furia also has details sometimes compared with the SF90, although the Pininfarina Battista is a stronger overall styling reference for that car.
Grotti is GTA’s fictional Ferrari-like manufacturer. The RSX is not a licensed Ferrari, and the real SF90’s hybrid powertrain and 211 mph maximum are not GTA 6 Itali RSX specifications.
The Itali RSX joined GTA Online on December 22, 2020, as part of The Cayo Perico Heist update. It is an expensive Sports-class car whose strength is high standard top speed rather than best-in-class lap times.
The RSX’s 134.50 mph tested maximum is rapid for a standard GTA Online Sports car. All-wheel drive helps it put power down, and the active wing gives it a distinct profile. Yet a 1:00.844 lap is slower than the Itali GTO’s 0:59.359, which matters to players more interested in track pace than outright speed.
Its $2,598,750 GTA Online trade price saves $866,250 against the $3,465,000 listed price. The discount is tied to returning Moodymann to The Music Locker under the relevant event conditions, not to an HSW upgrade or a different RSX model.
A player buying for Ferrari-inspired styling and a very high unboosted top speed gets a strong case for the Itali RSX. At this price, though, its lap performance is not an automatic win over cheaper GTA Online Sports cars.
GTA 6 Itali RSX top speed: At launch. Its GTA Online test result is 134.50 mph, and the real Ferrari SF90 Stradale’s 211 mph figure is a separate manufacturer claim.
GTA Online’s 134.50 mph is a fully upgraded in-game test without an HSW conversion. It cannot be converted into a GTA 6 prediction by using the real Ferrari’s power or speed. The fastest GTA 6 cars guide keeps those categories separate.
Compare the fastest GTA 6 carsThe Itali RSX debuted in GTA Online with the Cayo Perico period and later appeared twice in GTA 6 footage, first in nighttime racing and then in the Shore Drive chase.
The Ferrari SF90 Stradale is the main real-world styling reference, with some Ferrari F8 Tributo influence at the rear. It is not a licensed Ferrari.
Grotti is GTA’s fictional Ferrari-like marque. Individual Grotti cars can combine styling ideas from several real supercars.
Yes. It appears at 20:25 in the night-racing footage of An Extended Look and as a magenta sports car in the Launch Trailer’s Shore Drive chase at 0:47. The green car in the chase is a Thrax.
No. The Itali RSX has no Hao’s Special Works upgrade in GTA Online. The HSW-capable Stinger TT is a different Grotti model.
GTA 6 top speed: At launch. In GTA Online, the fully upgraded Itali RSX reaches a tested 134.50 mph (216.46 km/h) without HSW.
