Hades Trophy Guide and Platinum Roadmap
Follow these phases in order to protect the missable work and keep the Hades Platinum cleanup efficient.
Phase 1: Learn the game and finish the story
Turn on God Mode if you want to. It does not disable a single trophy and it makes everything that follows far more approachable.
The story completes after 10 successful escapes, so play naturally and let it unfold.
From your very first run, rotate Keepsakes deliberately. Ranking them is passive but slow, and doing this from the start is what prevents a 20 hour grind later.
Talk to every NPC with an exclamation mark and give Nectar out as you get it. This feeds several trophies at once.
Clear each area for the first time to bank the area trophies, Tartarus, Asphodel, Elysium and the Temple of Styx.
Phase 2: Weapons and Aspects
Unlock all six Infernal Arms, then start revealing and upgrading Aspects with Titan Blood earned from Tartarus and Styx bosses.
You need all 24 Aspects across the six weapons. The first three per weapon are listed by default, the fourth is hidden.
For the hidden Aspects, reach the final boss and speak to Skelly until he gives you the secret phrase. Any weapon and Aspect combination works for triggering it.
Clear a full run using a hidden Aspect for that specific trophy.
Phase 3: Heat, Skelly and the Perfect Clear
Once you have cleared a run, Pact of Punishment unlocks and you can add Heat.
Clear runs at 8 Heat and 16 Heat for the two Skelly prize trophies. The third prize is not required, so stop at 16.
Remember that raising Heat by one level resets the reward track, so plan which run banks which prize.
Buy Gateways, Erebus from the House Contractor, then run at Heat 5 or higher until an Infernal Gate spawns in Tartarus. Beat the Perfect Clear challenge without taking a single hit.
Phase 4: The Keepsake grind and the platinum
Friends Forever needs every standard Keepsake at max rank and it is the rarest trophy in the game.
Two Keepsakes are unavailable until you have completed 10 runs, so this cannot be finished early even with perfect planning.
If you rotated Keepsakes from run one this is a short finish. If you did not, this is where most of the remaining hours live.
This is the point where the platinum becomes a grind rather than a game. One soft mention of DamnModz fits here, then back to rotation advice.
If a trophy has not popped despite meeting the requirement, leave the room. Several fire on room transition rather than on completion.

First section after the Quick Info box. God Mode is an accessibility feature that grants increasing damage resistance, and the entire platinum can be earned with it on.

Rank Your Keepsakes From Run One
Friends Forever needs every standard Keepsake max-ranked and it is the rarest trophy in the game at 7.6 percent. It is only brutal if left until the end, because ranking happens passively by equipping and using different Keepsakes across runs.

The Heat and Skelly Prizes
Clearing runs at increasing Heat unlocks Skelly's prizes. You need 8 Heat and 16 Heat runs. The third prize is not required, so do not chase it. Note that raising Heat by one level resets the reward track, and that a high-Heat run completed before revealing the prophecy has been reported as counting retroactively.
Efficient route
All 24 Weapon Aspects
Six Infernal Arms with four Aspects each. Unlock all six weapons first, then reveal and upgrade Aspects using Titan Blood from Tartarus and Styx bosses. The hidden fourth Aspect per weapon requires reaching the final boss and getting the secret phrase from Skelly.
The Perfect Clear Trophy
Buy Gateways, Erebus from the House Contractor. Infernal Gates only spawn at certain Heat levels, with Heat 5 the cheapest for Tartarus. Beat the challenge without taking a single hit, otherwise you get a Red Onion and no trophy.
The Story Takes 10 Runs
The narrative completes after 10 successful escapes, and two Keepsakes cannot be obtained until 10 runs are done.
Why Trophies Pop Late
Several trophies unlock only when you leave the room in which you met the requirement. This is the most common false glitch report for this game and one sentence resolves it.

Hades Missable, Glitched, and Difficulty Notes
- No missable trophies. You cannot lock yourself out of anything by spending resources badly, and the game can be played on the same save indefinitely.
- No glitched trophies, but several do not pop until you leave the room where you met the requirement. Leave the room before assuming something is broken.
- God Mode does not disable trophies. The whole platinum is earnable with it enabled, which takes the practical difficulty from 8 out of 10 to around 4.
- One trophy is difficulty gated. Skelly's Last Lamentations needs a run cleared at 16 Heat minimum. The third Skelly prize is not required.
- Raising Heat by one level resets the Skelly reward track, so plan which run banks which prize.
- Two Keepsakes cannot be obtained until you have completed 10 runs, so Friends Forever cannot be finished before that point regardless of planning.
- Friends Forever is not missable but it is the practical wall. Rotate Keepsakes from your first run or it becomes the bulk of your remaining time.
- The Perfect Clear at an Infernal Gate must be done without taking a single hit. Taking damage awards a Red Onion instead and no trophy.
