ARC Raiders Celeste's Journals: Both Journal Locations

Complete Back on Top and enter Dam Battlegrounds with an augment that gives you a safe pocket. The two outposts sit more than 1,000 metres apart, so Adrenaline Shots are useful for the long crossing.

A Raider Hatch Key is also useful because a hatch sits just south of Raider Outpost East. Avoid treating this as a disposable free-loadout run: you must extract with both journals, and dying can force a complete restart.

The northern outpost in the objective is Raider Outpost East on the in-game map. It sits in the far northeast on a cliff overlooking the Red Lakes, rather than directly north.

Zoom the map in fully to make the outpost label easier to spot. This name mismatch is the main reason the second journal is easy to miss.

1. Travel to South Swamp Outpost. It is west of the Water Treatment Control building near the bottom-left of the map.
2. Enter the tall, weathered outpost structure. Watch for raider spawns around the area before going inside.
3. Look for the bedroll or collapsed bed in the side area. Use the journal search prompt.
4. Pick up the journal after it drops. The search interaction alone does not put it directly into your inventory.

1. Head to the far northeast. Raider Outpost East sits northeast of the Power Generation Complex and east of Generator Hall above the Red Lakes.
2. Follow the rocky paths up the hill. ARC patrols can make the approach dangerous around the Power Generation Complex.
3. Enter the main circular structure and move into the adjacent corridor room. Look for a collapsed bed with the journal search prompt.
4. Pick up the journal from the floor. Once both journals are in your inventory, move directly toward extraction.

Start with whichever outpost is closest to your spawn, then cross the map once instead of doubling back. If you finish at Raider Outpost East, the nearby Raider Hatch south of the outpost gives you a short exit when you have a key.

The Power Generation Complex sits on the cross-map route, so you can also make progress on Flickering Threat or Our Presence Up There if those objectives are active.

If the quest log is stuck and the journal pickup points no longer respond, the safest recovery is to re-enter Dam Battlegrounds and attempt the remaining journal objective again before extracting with both journals together.

If that still fails, try the quest with another player who also has Celeste's Journals active so both journal interactions can be repeated in the same run. Treat this as a recovery attempt rather than a guaranteed fix.
