Quick Answer
- Take 1 Wire and a quest-supplied Zipline to the tallest Railyard tower, then use PATCH INTO ANTENNA.
- Use INSPECT THE TECH in the central control room at Cielo Sereno Observatory, north of Railroad Junction.
- Search 3 ordinary containers inside the Commissary Supermarket west to northwest of the Railyard, not ARC wrecks or containers around its exterior.
- Destroy 20 ARC enemies of any type as a separate objective from the three location tasks.
- Rewards: Breathtaking Snow Globe, Medium Shield, Osprey I, and 5,000 XP.
Requirements
- Complete Off The Radar and accept Exploring Pendola Pass from Celeste.
- Have access to Pendola Pass and bring 1 Wire for the antenna repair.
- Equip one of the 3 Ziplines supplied with the quest before deploying.
- Bring ammunition and healing for the ARC fights and the exposed tower climb.
For the Wire reference, see Trash into Treasure. The ARC Raiders maps hub collects the wider map guides.
Search the Control Room at the Cielo Sereno Observatory
Find Cielo Sereno Observatory north of Railroad Junction, with the Railyard south of that cluster. Use the stairs into the observatory's main building, then look for the control room in the middle of the interior.
- Climb the stairs into the observatory's main building.
- Enter the central control-room area.
- Use INSPECT THE TECH at the console to complete the search.
Expect a brief electrical zap animation when you inspect the tech.
Patch the Antenna on the Tallest Railyard Tower
Use the roof of the building east of the tallest Railyard tower as your Zipline launch point. Reach that roof through the stairwell doorway, then cross to the tower.
- Go to the building east of the tallest Railyard tower.
- Follow the building's stairwell route and step through its doorway onto the roof.
- Place a Zipline from the roof to the top of the tower.
- Ride up and use PATCH INTO ANTENNA with 1 Wire.
The antenna uses one Wire, while the Zipline is placed to reach it.
The Railyard is not Railroad Junction. Sizing Things Up uses an Emperor leg near Railroad Junction, which is a different location.
Search 3 Containers in the Commissary Supermarket
Look west to northwest of the Railyard for the Commissary Supermarket. Search ordinary containers inside the shopping building, rather than containers around its exterior.
- Enter the supermarket building.
- Search three ordinary containers inside it.
Looting destroyed ARC does not count toward the supermarket container objective.
Destroy 20 ARC
Any ARC type counts toward the 20-enemy objective. You do not need to hunt a particular new enemy to fill the counter.
The observatory, antenna, and supermarket objectives can all be completed while the ARC counter is still below 20. Those three checkmarks do not replace the remaining kills.
- Fight ARC enemies you encounter along the route.
- Continue until the quest counter reaches 20 destroyed ARC.
Use cover and take manageable fights rather than chasing a larger machine away from your next objective.
How to Extract and Turn In
Use an active Ballistic Gondola shown on your map for the return to Speranza. Once back, open Celeste's quest entry to handle the turn-in.
Choose the Pendola Pass raid boost for help with your raid and extraction.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why Did My Placed Zipline Break?
Placed Ziplines break when their line intersects an object. Leave the cable a clear path instead of running it through part of the tower.
Can You Also Work on Sizing Things Up?
Sizing Things Up is another Celeste quest unlocked by Off The Radar. Its crashed-probe option is beside an Emperor leg near Almatera Station, so that interaction is a separate stop from the observatory and supermarket.
Which Quest Takes You Inside the Emperor?
Belly of the Beast is the Emperor-interior quest. It requires both Tracks of the Beast and Sizing Things Up.
