ARC Raiders A Rising Tide: Foreman's Apartment and Controlled Access Zone

Complete Stable Housing first. That prerequisite comes from Tian Wen even though A Rising Tide is a Celeste quest, so the unlock crosses trader chains.

You need access to Buried City and Dam Battlegrounds. A Snaphook or convenient zipline makes the apartment entry easier, but use the no-equipment building route when you are on a free loadout.

The foreman's apartment is in the northern of the two adjacent apartment blocks south of Piazza Roma, around the third-floor level. The ground-floor door is barricaded and cannot be used as a normal entrance.

Use the north block as your landmark and do not waste time trying to force the street-level door. The objective is designed around reaching the apartment from above or from a neighbouring structure.

The most reliable approach is to gain height without special gear, then cross into the correct apartment from an upper level. Other traversal tools simply shorten that route.

1. Enter the neighbouring apartment block and climb to the third-floor area.
2. Move to the broken windows or exterior ledge facing the foreman's block.
3. Cross the gap onto the platform or ledge outside the barricaded apartment.
4. Use a facing rooftop zipline as an alternative and jump off when the side platform lines up.
5. Climb to the same broken-window entry with a Snaphook if you brought one.

The barricaded door is a landmark, not your entry route.

The foreman's digital logbook is on a desk-like terminal with monitors inside the apartment. Reach the room through the upper entry, follow the interior to the terminal, and interact with it to complete the Buried City half.

Once the objective updates, extract from Buried City and redeploy to Dam Battlegrounds for the second half.

Head to the Power Generation Complex in the north of Dam Battlegrounds. This is the anchor landmark for finding the Controlled Access Zone nearby.

You can stack this trip with Flickering Threat and Paving the Way, which also use the Power Generation Complex.

The Controlled Access Zone is south to southwest of the Power Generation Complex and can be entered through more than one opening. A common route is a broken vent leading to a ladder down.

1. Move south or southwest from the Power Generation Complex.
2. Look for the broken vent opening and ladder descending underground.
3. Enter the vent and follow the access path into the zone.

Other entrances also work, so finding a different access point does not mean you are off route. Expect raider traffic because the zone is a high-loot area.

The final clue is a whiteboard with notes inside the Controlled Access Zone. Follow the interior route toward the office spaces, find the whiteboard and photograph it when the quest prompt appears.

Once the photograph registers, the objective chain is complete. Leave the area carefully because the Controlled Access Zone attracts players for its loot even when they are not on this quest.

A Rising Tide's value is mainly progression plus access to the newer Shrouded Sky content path, with the reward collected after both map halves are finished.
