What The Save Brings To Sein Island
The campaign side gets infinite ammo, max BP and every custom part for Barry and Claire. BP is the campaign currency. You earn it from finished episodes, medals, records and treasure, and spend it on character skills and on extras. Custom parts are the weapon mods that raise damage, reload speed and the other numbers on each gun. With all of them in hand, you build Claire's and Barry's guns the way you want from the first workbench.
The Extra menu is fully open as well: every bonus weapon, concept art, costume, figurine, game mode, record and secret file. Countdown Mode and Invisible Mode normally unlock one episode at a time, by clearing that episode or paying 1,000 BP each.
Countdown And Invisible, With Ammo To Spare
These are the two modes the platinum leans on. Countdown starts every episode with a three-minute clock that only grows when you kill enemies or smash hourglasses. Blue hourglasses add 60 seconds, and orange ones reset the clock to three minutes. Invisible Mode hides every enemy until Moira's flashlight, Natalia's pointing, a smoke bottle or a hit gives them away.
Both modes use a fixed starting loadout per episode, with no workbench and no custom parts, and ammo picked up in one episode does not carry into the next. That is why the save's infinite ammo covers the main campaign, Countdown Mode and Invisible Mode alike.
Raid Mode: Gold, Blue Crystals And The Full Roster
Raid Mode is the separate run-and-gun mode, with around 200 missions and 15 characters drawn from across the series. It runs on its own economy. Gold buys, upgrades and evaluates weapons and parts, and most stages cost gold to enter. Blue Life Crystals let you respawn with full health when a mission goes wrong, and normally they come from the online Daily Missions. The save gives you max gold, max Blue Crystals and every Raid Mode character unlocked.
Medals, Knives And Bricks: The Platinum
Trophy guides rate it 7/10 and estimate about 25 hours over at least three runs. The four golds are the episode medals: every medal in Episode One, Two, Three and Four. Eight more trophies ask you to clear each episode in Countdown Mode and again in Invisible Mode. Cutting Edge wants Episode One finished with the knife alone.
The grind trophies are odd ones. Brick Layer wants 20 enemies killed with Natalia's bricks, Disarmed wants 30 Revenant weapon arms destroyed, and Unfriendly Skies wants 30 Afflicted shot out of the air mid-jump. Raid Mode adds one cleared Gauntlet.
Choices You Only Get Once Per Run
Several trophies hang on single moments. Pedro, I'm Sorry... means killing the mutated Pedro in Episode Two instead of running. Here's My Resignation needs Moira, not Claire, to pick up the gun when Neil attacks. A Ripple in Time starts in Claire's Episode Three sewers, where Moira has to drop a crate for Barry to use six months later. One more bronze wants both paths through the landfill in Barry's Episode Four, which means replaying it.
