Ready or Not grades every call-out, and the top grade is strict. An S needs every suspect and civilian detained alive and conscious, so one panicked trigger pull ruins the run. Cosmetics hang off those grades and off an Ironman clear, where a single death resets the whole campaign. The platinum asks for all of it: S on every base mission, Ironman without losing an officer, and every mission again on Hard.

What The Save Hands D-Platoon
Every weapon and piece of equipment in Ready or Not is open from the start. The cosmetics are the part you earn, by finishing missions at set grades or by beating Ironman. The save has the whole wardrobe: shirts, pants, gloves, boots and belts, every armour, helmet and mount, and all tattoos, eyewear and watches.
Progress is maxed too. Every base mission and every DLC mission is completed on Hard, and every map is unlocked and cleared at S rank. DLC missions normally stay locked until the base campaign is done, so on this save they are ready from the first menu.
Both Endings Of A New America
A New America closes the Boiling Point DLC. Los Sueños is falling apart, rioters surround city hall, and armed suspects from the Mariposa Lily Organization hold the upper floors with explosives. The mission has a good and a bad ending, and the save has both completed. That matters for the locker: the handcuffs, watch and tattoos from those endings are unlocked as well.

The 80-Hour Platinum
Trophy guides rate it 8 out of 10 and estimate 80 hours over three playthroughs. The usual plan is the 18 base missions through Commander mode, then an S-rank run, an Ironman run and a Hard run. Those last three runs carry the four golds. Medal of Valor wants every base mission at S on Standard or higher. The World wants Ironman finished, and The Hermit wants it finished without losing a single officer. I'm Too Old For This... wants every base mission on Hard.
The loadout challenges are where people swear. Way Out West wants Rust Belt cleared with only the .357 Magnum. The Hanged Man allows a taser, flashbangs and bash on Hide and Seek. Toxic Fumes limits Twisted Nerve to the VPL-25, CS gas and a gas mask. Off Duty sends you into Thank You, Come Again without armour or a helmet. Trophy guides flag all four of these, plus The World and The Hermit, as buggy for some players. The Emperor, every unique officer trait at least once, comes down to luck with your roster.
Each DLC pack then asks for its maps at S rank, plus its own tricks. Dark Waters wants two 30-metre headshots on Leviathan and 15 suspects taken down within seconds of each other on 3 Letter Triad. Boiling Point wants A New America cleared on Hard, alone in a multiplayer lobby. Only about one tracked player in a thousand holds this platinum.
