Phasmophobia makes progress slow and dying expensive. Every death costs the gear you carried into the contract. The Tier 3 versions of that gear unlock between level 34 and level 80, and then each one has to be bought. Prestige at level 100 then wipes your level, cash and equipment. Level 150, 300 Or 999
Every map, difficulty and Tier 3 upgrade unlocks by level 80. That means all three saves open the whole game. What changes between them is the number on your ID card and the size of your bank balance.
Level 150 is the quiet option: past every unlock, with 2,500,000 cash to spend. Level 300 doubles both the level and the cash. Level 999 is the loud one, and with 99,000,000 in the bank, price stops being part of any decision.
Why A Full Tier 3 Locker Matters
Tier 3 is the top version of each tool. Head Gear, for example, starts as a camera at Tier 1 and ends as night-vision goggles at Tier 3. You can buy and store up to 999 of each item, and the saves fill that cap. A death strips everything you added to the contract except the free starter kit. With 999 in reserve, a bad hunt costs you nothing you will miss.
One warning before you press Prestige. It opens at level 100 and resets your level, money and equipment. In return you get a badge, a title, an arm patch and an extra loadout slot. On one of these saves, that reset throws away what you paid for.
The 55 Trophies On The PS5 List
Trophy guides estimate 100 hours or more, and most of it is grind. There are 24 ghost trophies, one for identifying each of those types and surviving. Boss wants 100 completed contracts. Prestige I, II and III mean climbing to level 100 three times, because every prestige starts you over. Break The Bank wants 100,000 in cash spent, and Flawless Execution wants a perfect investigation.
The Apocalypse trophies are the skill check. You go in alone at Sunny Meadows, finish all three optional objectives, capture ghost media, name the ghost and survive. Bronze needs a 6x difficulty multiplier and silver needs 10x. Gold Hunter, the list's only gold, needs 15x, and both of the top two need custom difficulty, which opens at level 50. Doom Slayed needs a Demon ability to kill you inside the first minute. The Bait is the one trophy that needs company: a Banshee has to kill you in a multiplayer game.
