Deep Rock Galactic is a game people play for hundreds of hours, and the platinum makes sure you do. Legendary Miner wants 500 completed missions. Bosco, You're The Best wants 100 of them solo. Legendary Team wants a Gold promotion on all four dwarves, and every promotion sends that class back to level 1 for a fee in credits and minerals. Credits pay for nearly everything else on the Space Rig as well.

Credits, Scrip And XP On Hoxxes IV
Credits are your pay from the company. New weapons, equipment upgrades and cosmetics all cost credits, and so does part of every promotion. With the balance maxed, you buy what you want at the terminals instead of saving up mission after mission.
Scrip is the Performance Pass currency. Each node in a season's cosmetic tree costs one Scrip, and the tree holds the cosmetics, weapon skins and frameworks people chase each season. Normally Scrip trickles in from pass ranks and season challenges. On this save it is maxed.
XP is per class. Each dwarf levels from 1 to 25, and level 25 is where the Promotion Assignment opens. The save maxes the XP on all four, so you can pick any class without starting its bar from zero. The first promotion of any dwarf opens the Forge, Machine Events and Deep Dives for the whole account. A promotion resets the class level to 1 but keeps every weapon and upgrade you bought.
Why The Platinum Takes 300 Hours
Trophy guides rate it 8 out of 10 and estimate 300 hours. The final stretch alone is 200 hours or more. Legendary Miner, Bosco, You're The Best and Legendary Team are the time sinks. Three mining trophies run on luck: 10 Bittergems, 20 Compressed Gold Chunks and 5 mysterious alien artifacts, which can take 50 hours or 500.
The Hazard trophies are the skill check. Rock Solid wants five Hazard 5 missions in a row. Karl Would Be Proud wants a Hazard 5 mission where no dwarf goes down and nobody calls a resupply. The free Deep Dive pack adds Elite Diver, a gold for clearing an Elite Deep Dive, and Deep For Speed, a Deep Dive in under 45 minutes. Each Deep Dive is three stages back to back.
Then the Space Rig has its own jokes. Time Well Spent wants all 25 barrels kicked into the Drop Pod. The Abyss Bar pack asks for 3,000 points at Barrel Hoop in under 100 kicks and an hour of dancing. Players have also reported random trophies failing to unlock on both consoles. Trophy trackers put the platinum at 0.1%.
Five Trophies That Need A Team
Bosco can't help with these. Car Pool needs you riding the Silicate Harvester with three other dwarves, five kills each, and only 0.2% of tracked players have it. Good Shepherd wants 25 missions with a player at least 10 ranks below you. It's My Party wants 50 team missions hosted and completed. From the DLC, Drill-by Shooting asks for 15 kills on the drilldozer with three other dwarves aboard, and one Abyss Bar trophy wants a toast to good music with a full team.
