This is the clean one of our five Dragon Age: Inquisition saves. You get a level 27 dual-wielding elf at Haven on Normal difficulty, with all crafting materials and plenty of gold. It works on PC, PS4 and PS5, and every DLC is required.
There is no God Mode, no modded skill and no modded stat, and that is the point. Fights play out as BioWare built them, while the money and material grind is already behind you. Haven is the early hub where Cassandra, Varric and Solas first stand with you. Skyhold comes later in the story.
The save is $50 and lands within 20 minutes to 6 hours. If you do want God Mode, the Modded God Save has it. The Dragon Age: Inquisition page compares every save, and the Dragon Age: Inquisition Platinum Trophy handles the Nightmare list.
