The Heavy Modded Save is the fullest of our five Dragon Age: Inquisition saves. You get a level 27 dual-wielding elf with God Mode, modded Rogue skills and a party of Varric, Solas and Cassandra at level 27. It runs on PC, PS4 and PS5, and every DLC is required.
Normally the Inquisition earns its gold, Power and Influence slowly, through rifts, keeps and side quests. Good gear then waits on schematics and materials. This save fills all of it. You get 99,999,999 gold, Power at 9999 and all crafting materials. There is also a deep stock of schematics, rings, belts and amulets from the base game and the DLCs.
The save costs $50 and loads within 20 minutes to 6 hours. Compare all five on the Dragon Age: Inquisition page, look at the lighter Modded Rogue Save, or add the Dragon Age: Inquisition Platinum Trophy.

Every DLC for the game must be on the account. The save carries DLC schematics and is built to need all of the packs. The Game of the Year Edition includes them.
Stamina is the one thing left unmodded. Abilities that cost stamina still use it.
The Rogue save leaves out the rings, belts, amulets, Amulets of Power and quest items. This one has all of them, plus the same schematics, inventory space and perks.
No. God Mode, free magic and abilities, infinite Focus and 90% shorter cooldowns are all on, but stamina abilities still drain stamina.
Yes. The save starts on Nightmare, and you can change the difficulty whenever you like.
