Use the signed stairways or construction lift to reach the upper control-room walkway, then check for the out-of-service terminal. The exact second terminal still needs a separate visual check.
Repair the Out-of-Service Terminal
Use your Electrical Component at an out-of-service Robotic Sandbox control-room terminal. The quest log explicitly permits either control room; the southeast side overlooking Sandbox B and the heptagon-shaped desk are published visual cues for one option.

The Glass Drop Shortcut to the Conduit Backroom
The Control Room overlooks the lower level near the Conduit Backroom. A glass opening can shorten the trip after repairing the terminal, but check the landing before dropping.
If you do not have a clear landing, take the normal lift or stair route down instead. Players approaching from Sandbox A can also restore Conduit power first and then use the lift up to the Control Room.
Enable the Power in the Conduit Backroom
Look for the Conduit Backroom below the Control Room, near the northern sandbox corridor. The quest switch is marked by yellow electrical tape.

If your spawn puts you beside Sandbox A, reverse the first two stops by restoring power below and taking the construction lift up. Confirm every objective in the tracker before moving away.
Fragmented Logs Rewards
Finish the Cultural Archives terminal interaction and claim 3 Showstoppers and 3 Trailblazers from Shani. The reward path leads into Furtive Meetings, the next Stella Montis quest in the chain.
