What A Level 100 Witcher Changes
Gear in The Witcher 3 is level-gated, and a level 100 Geralt can wear whatever he finds, buys or has forged. The Grandmaster Wolven set is the top tier of Wolf School gear. It arrived with Blood and Wine and normally needs level 40 before Geralt can put it on.
The swords cover both halves of the job. The steel sword deals 19,773 damage and is the one for bandits, soldiers and deserters. The silver sword deals 40,641 and is the one for monsters, which is where a contract is won or lost. Sign intensity decides how well Signs work, and the higher it climbs, the more often Igni sets enemies burning and Aard knocks them flat.
The rest of the sheet removes the usual limits. Stamina, the fuel for every Sign, sits at 1,000,000. So does the toxicity ceiling, which normally caps how many potions and decoctions you can stack before the poison sets in. Vitality is 2,210,835, and a carry weight of 440 means Geralt stays light enough to run. Each mutagen slots in beside your skills and adds attack power, Sign intensity or Vitality depending on its colour. Ciri gets her own boost for the sections you play as her: 2,500+ Vitality and 800+ attack.
Where The Save Picks Up
Two quests are marked complete: Kaer Morhen, the opening dream with young Ciri, and Twisted Firestarter, the arson case at Willis's forge in White Orchard. Both belong to the prologue, so Velen, Novigrad and Skellige are still in front of you.
Spare loot waits in the stash chest by the innkeeper. Every stash in the game shares one inventory, so whatever is in it can also be pulled out at Crow's Perch, the Rosemary and Thyme in Novigrad or the main hall at Kaer Morhen.
One Game, Two Trophy Lists
The PS5 version arrived on 14 December 2022 as a free upgrade, and it came with a trophy list of its own, platinum included. Both lists hold the same 79 trophies, so pick the console you actually play on when you order the platinum.
Remastered works differently. CD Projekt Red shipped it on 29 September 2026 as an update to the PS5 version, not a new edition, so the PS5 list stays exactly as it was. Our listing unlocks 68 bronze, 8 silver and 2 gold trophies across the base game and both expansions, then the platinum, The Limits of the Possible.
Why The Platinum Runs Past 100 Hours
Trophy guides estimate 100 hours or more for the full list. Walked the Path, one of the two golds, asks you to finish the story on Death March without lowering the difficulty once. The other gold, Munchkin, wants character level 35.
Gwent is the second wall. Card Collector wants every base-game card, and some are only won from opponents met during quests, who are gone once those quests end. Gwent Master means beating Tybalt in the tournament at the Passiflora in Novigrad. Blood and Wine adds I Have a Gwent Problem, which asks for the complete Skellige deck.
Then come the choices. Full Crew wants every possible ally at Kaer Morhen for the fight against the Hunt. That means sending Keira Metz there instead of killing her, and finishing An Eye for an Eye so that Roche and Ves join. Kingmaker needs the Skellige succession seen through, and Assassin of Kings has you take part in the plot against King Radovid. Fast and Furious wants every horse race won, Brawl Master every fistfight quest in Velen, Skellige and Novigrad, and Master Marksman 50 crossbow headshots.
The expansions add their own errands. Hearts of Stone wants all the Ofieri armor and horse gear plus an Ofieri sword. Blood and Wine wants every grandmaster diagram for each witcher school, a flawless run through the knights' tourney and Aerondight from the Lady of the Lake.

Should I buy the PS4 or the PS5 Witcher 3 platinum?
Buy the one for the version you play. The PS5 version, out since December 2022, has its own trophy list and its own platinum. Choose PS4 or PS5 on the order form. Both lists are priced the same: $15 for instant timestamps, $25 for real ones.
Did the 2026 Remastered update add a new trophy list?
No. Remastered arrived on 29 September 2026 as an update to the PS5 version rather than a new edition, so the PS5 trophy list and its platinum are the same ones as before.
