Our Resident Evil Village modded save fills Ethan’s pockets on PS4 or PS5: max Lei, max gunpowder, max herbs and max handgun ammo. You choose the console at checkout.
The Duke sells everything in the village, and a first run never has the Lei for all of it. Fully upgrading the S.T.A.K.E. alone costs more than two million. With max Lei you buy every gun, upgrade, recipe and inventory slot the first time you meet him. Gunpowder and herbs keep the crafting menu full, so shells, rounds and First Aid Meds stop being a budget call.
Ethan’s stocked save is $50 and goes on your account inside 20 minutes to 6 hours. Read the Resident Evil Village page, or add the Resident Evil Village Platinum Trophy with all 57 trophies.

In Village, a gun’s infinite ammo only goes on sale once that gun is fully upgraded. Those upgrades eat Lei, which is exactly what this save covers.
After your first clear, the Extra Content Shop opens. A fully upgraded gun’s infinite ammo appears there, bought with CP from challenges. The Lei gets you to the counter, and your challenges cover the rest.
Not straight away. Max out a gun with your Lei, and after the first clear its infinite ammo goes on sale in the Extra Content Shop for CP.
No. Village doesn’t disable trophies when you use infinite ammo.
