The Whole Story, Every Chapter Open
The story runs around 10-12 hours, from the carusi in Don Spadaro's mine to the end of Enzo and Isabella's story. With it at 100% and every mission unlocked, Chapter Replay lets you jump into any chapter you like. Want the Palio horse race again, the Chapter 7 car race or the escape from the Tonnara? Pick it from the list.
Progress is shared between the story and free roam. Money, collectibles and unlocked items carry across both modes, and collectibles save the moment you pick them up. That makes a finished file a good base for cleanup, whether you want the last Saints' Cards or a few more hours in Sicily.
Money, Cars And Free Roam
Money in The Old Country goes on cars, knives and charms. Pasquale sells seven cars through the garages, from the Dufort 30 at 1,000 to the Delizia Type 86 at 2,500, and buying all seven costs 11,000. A spray can on the same table unlocks every vehicle style for another 1,000. Knives are bought at weapon boxes, and Pasquale's Store stocks the charms that add perks such as more money from loot. Maxed money means you buy the lot on the first visit.
Free roam opens from the title screen through the Carcyclopedia menu. The free Carozella Mark 2 racecar reaches 162 km/h, plenty for the 40-metre jump off a ramp by the railway. The November 2025 Free Ride update added bonus missions and races to the same map.
What The Base Game Trophies Ask For
Trophy guides put the platinum at around 4 out of 10 and 15-20 hours, in one run if you start on Hard. True Soldato, a gold, wants every chapter on Hard without lowering the difficulty. The Collector, the other gold, wants 50 Mystery Foxes, 23 Photographs, 20 Saints' Cards and 50 Newspapers.
The chapter trophies are where runs go wrong. Worthy Opponent means beating Don Torrisi in the Chapter 14 knife fight without taking a hit. Man of Honor asks you to miss the shot when Tino orders you to execute Ludovici, and the game over that follows is what unlocks it. Live by the Blade wants the Scannaturi and Rasolu special actions five times each. Six Rare Weapons Expert trophies want 20 kills each with the Praecisione, Lupara, Pump-Action, Vendetti, Modello C96 and Repeater. Salvatore's Apprentice can slip away if you already picked up the note with the safe combination.
Base Game Trophies And Man Of Honor
The game has one PlayStation trophy list, on PS5. The platinum sits in the 51-trophy base game. Two DLC groups arrived later with 12 more, including the Man of Honor expansion, which adds two chapters in the middle of the campaign and brings back a young Ennio Salieri. The platinum doesn't need those 12, but the platinum price covers them anyway. You get all 63: 47 bronze, 12 silver, 3 gold and the platinum.
Ordering The Save Or The Platinum
The full 63-trophy list lands on your account in 2-24 hours. Instant timestamps cost $15 and put the whole list down within a few seconds. Real timestamps cost $25 and spread it over days, closer to a normal run through the story. On the save page the platinum is a tick-box for +$15 or +$25. Got other games waiting? Three more platinums run $36 instant or $60 real, a 20% discount.
The save takes 20 minutes to 6 hours. Share your login in the chat that opens on your order, and a member of our team puts the file on your account.
Other crime and frontier stories we cover: GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2.

The story at 100%, all missions unlocked, maximum money and resources and unlocked vehicles. It is free roam ready and costs $50 on PS5 or PC.
Can I still replay chapters with the save?
Yes. The story is finished and every mission is unlocked, so Chapter Replay lets you pick any chapter. Free roam opens from the title screen, and money and collectibles are shared between both modes.
Which consoles does it work on?
PS5 and PC for the save. On PlayStation the game is PS5 only, and the Platinum Trophy service is for the PS5 trophy list.
Can you unlock the Man of Honor trophies?
Yes, at no extra charge. Your platinum order covers the full list of 63 trophies: 47 bronze, 12 silver and 3 gold plus the platinum. That includes the 12 trophies in the two later DLC groups, Man of Honor among them. You can mention the expansion to our team in the order chat.
How long does the Mafia: The Old Country platinum take?
Trophy guides estimate 15-20 hours, with the story itself around 10-12. Starting on Hard covers True Soldato in the same run. Through us, the whole list is done in 2-24 hours.
Which trophies are the hardest?
True Soldato for finishing every chapter on Hard, Worthy Opponent for the no-hit knife fight with Don Torrisi, and The Collector for all 143 collectibles, the 50 Mystery Foxes included. Every one is part of our platinum order.
What do you need from me?
