In a normal run that gear shows up late. Sylens’ Lance only arrives after The Mountain That Fell, deep into the story, and it hits with Shock on top of Normal and Tear damage. The Shield-Weaver hides behind five Power Cells, four of them in main quest areas. Merchants want Metal Shards for every bow and outfit along the way. You skip all of that and roam the map with the strongest kit.
