The opening hours of Grounded are a survival loop. Hunger and thirst drain all day, and once a bar runs dry your health starts to fall. So the early game is aphid meat, dewdrops from cut grass and short runs before the spiders notice you. This file skips that stretch: the oak tree lab is reached, both meters are topped up and your pockets are full.
