What Everything Maxed Means In Ivalice
Gil buys your Magicks, Technicks and gear, and the bazaar only stocks its rarest goods after you sell the right loot. With max gil and a maxed loot bag, both shops are covered. Clan Points come from kills and set your rank in Clan Centurio, which decides what the clan shop will sell you. Max Clan Points puts that whole catalogue in reach.
All thirteen Espers are in the save, from Belias to Zodiark, and so is every Magick and Technick. Every weapon is there too, and that includes the strangest pair in the game. The Seitengrat sits in an invisible chest on the Skyferry deck, with about a 1 in 10,000 chance per visit. The Great Trango comes from a rare chest in Subterra or a steal from Zodiark. Both are invisible when equipped, and the Seitengrat is the strongest weapon in The Zodiac Age.
Trial Mode With A Stocked Bag
Trial Mode is 100 stages of set fights, and it loads your current party, stats and inventory from the save. Nobody gains experience there, and there are no shops between stages. A reward waits after every tenth stage, and the game auto-saves at the start of each stage up to 99. That makes the maxed potions, ammo and armor in this save count for a lot. Judge Magister pops at Stage 50, and Imperator, a gold, at Stage 100. Yiazmat even returns at Stage 98, with 3.7 million HP this time.
The Golds, The Silvers And The Counters
Hunter Extraordinaire is the famous one. Yiazmat is Hunt 45, the last of the 45 hunts and a Rank VIII mark, and Montblanc only posts it after Hell Wyrm and every Rank VII mark. The fight is at Ridorana Cataract and takes at least an hour even with a strong party. High Summoner wants all thirteen Espers, and Mistwalker, the fourth gold, wants every Concurrence.
The silvers pile on. Scrivener means a full bestiary: one kill of every normal enemy, plus every hunt and every Rare Game. Cartographer means fully exploring every map, and Runeweaver and Jack-of-All-Trades want every Magick and every Technick. Gilgamesh, the Behemoth King, Hell Wyrm, Ultima and Zodiark each have a silver of their own. Many bronzes are counters: 50,000 steps for Wayfarer, 1,000 loot sold for Privateer, 1,000,000 gil spent for Spendthrift and 500,000 Clan Points for Record Breaker.
