Buying an Agency in GTA 5 really means buying an Agency in GTA Online. The Agency is not a purchasable Story Mode property, so the first fix is knowing which mode you need to be in.

To buy an Agency in GTA 5 Online, load into GTA Online, open the in-game phone, go to Internet, open Dynasty 8 Executive, choose an Agency location, leave upgrades default if you want the cheapest purchase, and confirm the sale.

The cheapest Agency is Little Seoul at GTA$2,010,000. The most expensive base Agency is Hawick at GTA$2,830,000.

All four Agencies unlock the same core business. Location affects convenience and price, not the basic Agency mission set.

You do not need a Story Mode save, a CEO Office, or Maze Bank Foreclosures to buy an Agency. You need GTA Online access, enough GTA$, and the Dynasty 8 Executive website on the in-game phone.

3. Choose Accommodation.

1. Do not confirm the upgrade if you only wanted the base Agency.

Agency Vehicle Workshop

Functional upgrade:

4. Select Security Contracts.
5. Choose one available Security Contract.
6. Complete the first Security Contract to progress the Agency setup.
