Poundmates charge per call, and Kiryu, Majima and the other legends ask 1,000,000 yen every time. The Romance Workshop needs more than 20 million yen of upgrades before it forges its best gear. The save costs $50 and comes for PS4 or PS5; you pick the console at checkout. It maxes yen on hand and yen in the ATM, plus XP, stats, HP and MP for every character. Job XP and character bonds are maxed too. Gear sits at the max enhancement level, the items in storage are stacked to the limit, and all six personality stats are at max: Charisma, Confidence, Intellect, Kindness, Passion and Style.

A Full Wallet And A Full ATM

Money in Like a Dragon lives in two places. Cash on hand pays for meals, Poundmates and shop gear, and half of it disappears when the party is wiped out. Yen deposited at an ATM is safe from that penalty. The save fills both, so a wipe in the Kamurocho sewers stops being a setback.

It also changes what Ichiban Holdings is for. Most players run the business minigame for income, because each shareholder meeting pays 3 million yen once the company reaches rank 1. With the bank already full, you can play it purely for the climb, or skip it until you want the trophies.

Personality, Bonds And Hello Work

Job changes open at Hello Work in Chapter 5. Ichiban qualifies for each job through his base level and a personality stat, and the full list asks for some stats as high as level 7. Nanba, Adachi and the rest qualify through base level and their bond with Ichiban instead. Normally that means Vocational School exams, stat books and many evenings of meals, party chats and Survive bar events.

Max XP, max personality stats and max bonds cover every level, personality and bond requirement on that list. The stats pull weight in battle too. Confidence resists sleep, Kindness resists rage, Intellect resists brainwashing and Charisma resists fear.

What The New Dragon Platinum Asks For

Trophy guides put this platinum at 70 to 100 hours inside a single playthrough. Nothing is missable, because Premium Adventure keeps the city open after the credits. The hours go into side systems. Jack of All Trades wants seven jobs at max rank. Gotta Catch 'Em All needs 200 Sujimon in the Sujidex. Presidential Power makes Ichiban Holdings the top company in Yokohama, and Make That Money wants 10 billion yen in its funds. Pop the Cork means every Dragon Kart cup and rival race.

Two post-story dungeons close out the list. Final Millennium Tower gives the silver Fulfiller of Dreams. True Final Millennium Tower gives the gold, Victory of the Millennium, and guides recommend a party close to the level cap of 99 with several jobs maxed on each member. That grind alone is 20 to 30 hours.

The PS5 version launched on 2 March 2021 with its own trophy list. Both lists hold the same 63 trophies, but they count separately. Which personality stats does the save max?

All six: Charisma, Confidence, Intellect, Kindness, Passion and Style. Hello Work checks these stats, along with Ichiban's base level, before it offers him a new job.

Do I still lose money when the party is wiped out?

Yes. The game still takes half the cash Ichiban carries. The save also maxes your ATM balance, and banked yen is safe from that penalty, so a loss barely matters.

How long does the Yakuza: Like a Dragon platinum take?

Trophy guides estimate 70 to 100 hours over a single playthrough. Business management, job ranks and the True Final Millennium Tower take most of that time. Our team unlocks the list in 2-24 hours.

Can I miss any trophies?

No. Premium Adventure starts after the story, and substories, minigames and both Millennium Tower dungeons stay available there. The platinum is a grind, not a planning exercise.
