ARC Raiders Industrial Espionage: Weapon Cache and Burletta Guide

Deploy to Buried City with a Burletta in your inventory and enough mobility to reach the exposed Gas Station area.

• Tian Wen grants a Burletta when you accept the quest.
• Any replacement Burletta also works.
• A free loadout is viable because nothing needs to be extracted after the cache interaction.
• Keep your valuable modified Burletta unequipped before touching the cache.

Do not approach the cache with a valuable modified Burletta equipped if you also carry a spare. The deposit interaction can consume the equipped pistol instead of the plain inventory copy, taking its fitted mods with it.

Before interacting, move your good Burletta out of the weapon slot or bring only the plain quest pistol. That removes the ambiguity and protects your attachments.

Any Burletta can satisfy the quest, so losing the granted pistol does not lock you out. Buy one from Tian Wen, craft one at a level 2 Gunsmith, or bring one you looted in another raid.

Place the replacement in your inventory and keep any upgraded personal copy unequipped when you reach the cache.

The rival weapon cache is outside the Gas Station in Buried City's Outskirts, near a destroyed transport vehicle with a blue sofa.

1. Zoom the Buried City map in until the Gas Station label appears.
2. Approach the Gas Station from the side between the Hospital and Su Durante Warehouses.
3. Find the destroyed transport vehicle and blue sofa beside the sandy machinery.
4. Look for the rusted, sand-camouflaged cache container and its quest marker.

The area is exposed to the Hospital, so avoid unnecessary ARC fights that advertise your position. Marked for Death uses Su Durante Warehouses immediately west and can be stacked into the same deployment.

You must use the cache twice: first to deposit the Burletta, then again to plant the listening device.

1. Confirm a plain Burletta is in your inventory and your good modded pistol is not equipped.
2. Interact with the cache to deliver the Burletta.
3. Stay at the container after the first interaction finishes.
4. Interact a second time to plant the bug.
5. Wait for the quest update before leaving the area.

The quest is complete after the second interaction, so dying afterward does not undo the objective.

If the quest appears stuck, check the Burletta requirement and the second cache interaction before assuming the objective is broken.

• Make sure a Burletta is actually in your inventory when you start the deposit.
• After depositing it, interact with the cache again to plant the bug.
• If you lost Tian Wen's pistol, replace it with any Burletta from crafting, buying or looting.

The quest takes a Burletta and then gives one back with the blueprint. Learn the blueprint instead of leaving it in the miscellaneous tab, where it occupies a stash slot. The Burletta is a semi-automatic Light Ammo pistol suited to close-range fights.

After turn-in, check Tian Wen's quest list for the next unlocked objective. Her chain includes other cache and supply missions such as Unexpected Initiative, so continue from the newly available trader step.
