2) Information we collect

• Account & Order data: name, email, phone, postal/billing address, order details, communications with us.
• Payment data: transaction amount, method, status and identifiers (processed by our payment gateway).
• Game service data: game tags/usernames, service preferences, optional login/2FA details you choose to provide for fulfillment.
• Device & usage: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, referral URLs, click/scroll events.
• Cookies & similar tech: cookies, pixels, tags used for functionality, analytics, security, and advertising.
• Support/chat: messages you send us via live chat or email; chat metadata.
• Reviews & marketing: feedback (e.g., Trustpilot), campaign and referral information.

• Provide, operate, and fulfill orders; deliver digital services/products.

4) SMS / Text Messages for Order Updates

We may send you SMS (text) messages to provide **transactional updates** about your orders. For example:

• Order confirmation messages
• Delivery or fulfillment status updates
• Important account or service notifications

These are **not marketing messages**, so they do not require you to opt in for marketing SMS. However, if we ever send promotional SMS (special offers, upsells), we will only do so if you have explicitly opted in for that.

If you no longer wish to receive SMS updates (transactional or marketing), you may opt out by contacting us at [email protected]. Please note: opting out of transactional SMS may limit your ability to receive order notifications.

5) Cookies, analytics & tracking

We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies for essential site features, performance, and advertising. You can control cookies in your browser; disabling some may limit functionality.

• Analytics: Google Analytics to understand traffic and usage.
• Advertising: Meta (Facebook) Pixel for measurement/retargeting where enabled.
• Security/CDN: Cloudflare for content delivery, performance, and security.

6) Live chat & communications

We use Tawk for live chat support. When the widget loads, it may process usage data; conversations may be logged for support and quality.

7) Reviews & retention marketing

• Trustpilot: to invite and display reviews and improve our services.
• Retainful: to manage retention flows such as cart recovery and service reminders.

8) When we share information

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate our business, for example:

• Payment gateway (payment processing & fraud prevention).
• Tawk (live chat); Retainful (retention tools); Trustpilot (reviews).
• Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (analytics/ads measurement).
• Cloudflare and hosting/infrastructure providers (security, performance, storage).
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

These parties are permitted to process data only for the services they provide to us and must safeguard it appropriately.

9) International storage & transfers

We store and process data primarily on servers located in the Netherlands. We do not routinely transfer data outside Cyprus/Netherlands except where a third-party provider’s infrastructure requires it. If cross-border processing is needed, we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

10) Retention

We retain personal information for up to 3 months after the last relevant interaction (e.g., order, support thread), then delete or anonymize it unless a longer period is required to resolve disputes, comply with law, or enforce agreements.

11) Your choices & requests

• Access & correction: request a copy of your data or ask us to correct/update it.
• Deletion: request we delete your data (subject to any legal obligations and service constraints).
• Marketing controls: opt out of non-essential marketing at any time.
• Cookies: manage cookies in your browser settings.

12) Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, network safeguards, monitoring) to help protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13) Children

Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

14) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you disagree with changes, you should stop using our services and may request deletion of your data.
