Weapon Stencils arrived with the Frozen Trail 2.0 update: 14 patterns that are learned like a blueprint and then applied to compatible weapons for Stencil Parts. Eight of them drop Topside, and those are the ones here: Garnet, Ochre and Verdigris, the Rare Cerulean, Dusty Camo and Milky Terraccota, and the Legendary Bulwark and Serac. The five Epic patterns are Premium Reward Pass rewards and Dragon’s Breath is tied to the Collector Set, so neither can be traded.
Applying a stencil costs Stencil Parts, which are also Topside loot, so packs of 10 or 25 are on the list to go with the patterns. A stenciled weapon can still be lost in a raid, so treat the pattern as the thing you keep and the gun as the thing you risk. More ARC Raiders weapons and blueprints are sold separately.
