Our Phoenix Point modded save starts your campaign with 99,999,999 Tech, Materials and Food. Mutagens, Orichalcum, Living Crystal and Protean Mutane get the same stack, and so do five other resources. It works on PS4 and PS5.
Resources are the real limit in Phoenix Point. Research, base building, aircraft and soldier gear all wait on Tech and Materials, and the rare ones come in slowly. With everything maxed, you research and build from turn one and spend your time fighting the Pandoravirus.
