All Peyote Plant Locations in GTA 5 – Displayed on Map
Note: This guide maps the 27 standard Story Mode Peyote Plants in GTA 5. It does not cover the separate GTA Online peyote set or the Golden Peyote hunt.

Finding the last GTA 5 peyote plant gets messy fast because many lists mix the standard Story Mode set with GTA Online event plants or Golden Peyote requirements.

This guide is for players who want all standard GTA 5 peyote plant locations displayed on one clean map, then broken into short regional runs that are easy to clear.

It uses verified landmarks instead of guessed coordinate numbers. It stays focused on the standard 27 Story Mode plants.

GTA 5 Peyote Plant Forks

Use the shortest fork that matches the plant you are missing. Then stop as soon as the map narrows to one region.

Scope Check
Story Mode Only

If the plants are not spawning in GTA Online, stop here. This article maps the standard Story Mode set only.

Sea Route
Underwater Plants

If the missing plant is underwater, start with the Sea filter and clear Paleto, Alamo, Zancudo, Humane Labs, Del Perro, and LSIA.

Air Route
Rooftop Plants

If the missing plant is on a summit, ledge, rooftop, or island, start with the Air filter before you do any ground passes.

Missing One
One Plant Left

If you are stuck at 26 of 27, clear one region at a time instead of roaming the whole map again.

  1. If you are in GTA Online, stop and switch to Story Mode before you use this route.
  2. If the missing plant is underwater or elevated, use the matching filter before you recheck any ground route.
  3. If you still do not know the region, clear the map one region at a time from north to south.
What You Should Notice: The wrong scope gets ruled out early, and the possible locations drop fast.
Stop Here If Fixed: If one fork already isolates the plant you need, skip the rest and jump straight to that region.

  1. Pick All, Land, Air, or Sea.
  2. Narrow the result by region or search one landmark word.
  3. Open the marker that matches the landmark you remember.
  4. Jump to the matching region section and clear only that short list.
What You Should Notice: The visible count and live results shrink immediately, so you stop doing full-map laps.
Stop Here If Fixed: If the missing plant is identified here, go straight to that region section and stop after you collect it.

Paleto Bay Peyote Plants

Start here if you want the shortest north coast run.

What You Should Notice: You should clear 2 plants here, one on land and one offshore.
Stop Here If Fixed: If your missing plant was in Paleto Bay, save now and leave the north coast.

Mount Chiliad Peyote Plants

This run clears the summit, the northeastern mountain face, and the Mount Gordo lake stop.

  1. Plant 3: Mt Chiliad summit. Air Go to Mount Chiliad summit. Southeast of the Bells End sign at the summit.
  2. Plant 4: Mt Chiliad NE face. Air Go to Mount Chiliad northeastern face. On the northeastern face of Mount Chiliad.
  3. Plant 5: Mount Gordo lake. Land Go to Mount Gordo. Beside the small lake west of the yoga mat.

Grand Senora Peyote Plants

Use this pass for the desert, wind farm, and east coast waterline.

These four are the hillside and rooftop checks around Vinewood.

  1. Plant 16: Galileo tunnel picnic area. Land Go to Galileo Park. Just east of the Galileo Observatory Tunnel, near the hiking-trail picnic area.

Stop Here If Fixed: If the hillside or rooftop plant was the problem, stop before you drop into Los Santos.

Los Santos Peyote Plants

Split Los Santos into east and west. It keeps the city run short and stops you from bouncing between the beach and the airport.

East Los Santos Peyote Plants

Use this list for Mirror Park, the east coast, and the airport channel.

  1. Plant 20: Mirror Park porch. Land Go to Mirror Park / Nikola Place. On the rear porch of a new house on the south side of the Nikola Place development.

  4. Plant 27: LSIA east inlet. Sea Go to East of LSIA / Port of Los Santos channel. Underwater east of LSIA, between the airport warehouses and the Port of Los Santos.
What You Should Notice: You should clear 4 plants here, including the NOOSE island and the airport channel marker.
Stop Here If Fixed: If the missing plant was on the east side of the city, save and stop before you run the west coast.

West Los Santos Peyote Plants

Use this list for Chamberlain Hills, the beach hotel, Del Perro Pier, and La Puerta.

What You Should Notice: You should clear 4 plants here, including 1 rooftop stop and 1 pier seabed stop.
Stop Here If Fixed: If the missing plant was on the west side of the city, stop and do not loop the map again.

GTA 5 Peyote Plant Checks

Use these checks when you are sure the plant should be there but your route still is not closing.

Root Cause Check

The most common mistake is mixing the standard Story Mode set with GTA Online peyote or Golden Peyote.

Sea Check

The easiest plants to mislabel as missing are the underwater markers, especially Humane Labs and the airport channel.

Air Check

The next most common misses are the summit, ledge, rooftop, and island markers that do not look like normal ground pickups.

  1. Open a Story Mode save and confirm you are hunting the standard 27-plant route.
  2. If the missing plant is underwater, re-run every Sea marker before you repeat any land route.
  3. If the missing plant is elevated, re-run every Air marker before you recheck city ground plants.
  4. If you still do not have it, clear one region at a time from Paleto Bay to Los Santos and stop after each region.
What You Should Notice: The hunt turns into one short verified checklist instead of another full-map sweep.
Stop Here If Fixed: If the missing plant appears during any region pass, save and leave the rest of the route alone.
