All Peyote Plant Locations in GTA 5 – Displayed on Map
Finding the last GTA 5 peyote plant gets messy fast because many lists mix the standard Story Mode set with GTA Online event plants or Golden Peyote requirements.
This guide is for players who want all standard GTA 5 peyote plant locations displayed on one clean map, then broken into short regional runs that are easy to clear.
It uses verified landmarks instead of guessed coordinate numbers. It stays focused on the standard 27 Story Mode plants.
GTA 5 Peyote Plant Assumptions
GTA 5 Peyote Plant Forks
Use the shortest fork that matches the plant you are missing. Then stop as soon as the map narrows to one region.
If the plants are not spawning in GTA Online, stop here. This article maps the standard Story Mode set only.
If the missing plant is underwater, start with the Sea filter and clear Paleto, Alamo, Zancudo, Humane Labs, Del Perro, and LSIA.
If the missing plant is on a summit, ledge, rooftop, or island, start with the Air filter before you do any ground passes.
If you are stuck at 26 of 27, clear one region at a time instead of roaming the whole map again.
- If you are in GTA Online, stop and switch to Story Mode before you use this route.
- If the missing plant is underwater or elevated, use the matching filter before you recheck any ground route.
- If you still do not know the region, clear the map one region at a time from north to south.

GTA 5 Peyote Plant Checks
Use these checks when you are sure the plant should be there but your route still is not closing.
The most common mistake is mixing the standard Story Mode set with GTA Online peyote or Golden Peyote.
The easiest plants to mislabel as missing are the underwater markers, especially Humane Labs and the airport channel.
The next most common misses are the summit, ledge, rooftop, and island markers that do not look like normal ground pickups.
- Open a Story Mode save and confirm you are hunting the standard 27-plant route.
- If the missing plant is underwater, re-run every Sea marker before you repeat any land route.
- If the missing plant is elevated, re-run every Air marker before you recheck city ground plants.
- If you still do not have it, clear one region at a time from Paleto Bay to Los Santos and stop after each region.
