Returns & Refunds — Money-Back Guarantee
We provide boosting services, bot lobbies, unlocks, and premade/modded accounts across PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. These are instant/fast-delivery digital goods. As such, all sales are final except under the Money-Back Guarantee below.
 
1) What our guarantee covers
If a DamnModz product doesn’t work as described on a supported game platform after completing our quick troubleshooting, you may choose a 100% refund or a free replacement.
Boosting / Bot Lobbies are covered if:
- You cannot join or be placed in the promised lobby/session, or
- The advertised boosts/unlocks/camos/ranks don’t work after we run the session for you.
 
Premade / Modded Accounts are covered if:
- Login credentials do not work, or
- Account contents (stats/currency/unlocks) are not as listed on the product page.
 
 
 
 
2) What isn’t covered
- Unsupported setup or wrong build: buying for a platform/version we don’t support at that time, or buying for the wrong platform.
- Customer-side conflicts: third-party injectors/overlays, modified game files, cracked clients, AV/firewall/VM/VPN blocks, or not following session/join instructions.
- Misuse / bans: actions that breach the game’s Terms or our safety guidance.
- Buyer’s remorse: change of mind or found it elsewhere cheaper.
- Resale/Sharing: You may not resell, transfer, rent, share boosts, sessions, or account credentials with any third party. All licenses are non-transferable and for the original purchaser’s use only.
 
3) Patch Protection
If a game update lands within 7 days of your purchase and breaks delivery/compatibility, you can pick either:
- Immediate refund, or
- Free replacement/credit for another working product.
 
 
4) How to claim (7-day window)
Within 7 days of the issue occurring, please open a ticket via [email protected], Contact, or live chat (bottom-right widget). Include:
- Order ID as shown on purchase email, and date.
- Platform (PlayStation/Xbox/PC).
- Short description + a screenshot or clip showing the issue.
We’ll send a quick checklist (version check, join steps for lobbies, disable overlays/AV, clean cache/retry). If it still doesn’t work as advertised after that, you pick refund or replacement. We aim to decide within 2 business days after you complete the steps.
 
5) Timing & method
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (processor/bank timelines apply).
- If you prefer, we can issue a replacement/credit to your DamnModz order email.
 
6) Chargebacks & fraud
Please contact us first. Filing an unjustified chargeback may pause ongoing services and trigger license/credential revocation while we resolve the dispute.
 
7) Legal
This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer laws. Our Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases; this page describes when we do refund despite digital-goods finality.
