Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
In-game items. Due to the nature of this product, in-game items at all times carry a possible risk of a suspension/ban from the game titles publishers.
In-game currency/gold. Due to the nature of this product, it is impossible for DamnModz to remove currency from your game account.
Game accounts. Due to the nature of this product, it is impossible to guarantee the account has not been used.
SECTION 17 – DELIVERY / SHIPPING
For in-game items, in-game currency/gold, boosting services and game accounts: Your order will be delivered electronically through online Order Tracker within 5 days of purchase.
You will receive e-mail updates when your order has been fulfilled/shipped and instructions on what you need to do to use the product(s).
SECTION 18 – TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
